🔹 Ethereum’s Glamsterdam upgrade is scheduled to reach the Hoodi testnet on October 26.

It will bring enshrined proposer-builder separation (ePBS) and block-level access lists (BAL), allowing transactions to be validated in parallel and potentially increasing mainnet throughput. The upgrade will also revise gas costs for data creation and access.

A mainnet rollout date has not been announced.

👁️ LayerZero Launches Zero Network

LayerZero (ZRO) will launch the Zero mainnet and lzATLAS on November 30. Its first application, Open ATLAS, will connect to more than 12 trading venues at launch, with additional venues expected by the end of the year.

Described as an “exchange without an interface,” lzATLAS offers order matching, settlement, and risk-management tools. Institutions are testing it for US stocks and fixed-income products, markets where daily trading and settlement exceed $1 trillion. Details on partners and performance are coming soon.
