One major outcome: ERC20 tokens and most DeFi protocols could see fees drop by over an order of magnitude. Privacy is central to the plan, with stronger emphasis than ever on quantum-resistant security. Importantly, existing applications will remain fully functional—no disruptions expected.

The upcoming Hegota fork will mark the final “legacy” upgrade before the Lean era officially kicks in.
