Grayscale’s research lead, Zach Pandle, has urged Strategy to offload at least $3 billion worth of Bitcoin. The move aims to cover the majority of its cash commitments over the next two years and rebuild market trust in its capital framework.

In its latest SEC 8-K filing, Strategy disclosed its dollar reserves had grown by $300 million, reaching $1.4 billion. This amount covers roughly 14 months of dividend payments on its preferred shares (STRC), which carry an annual obligation of nearly $1.2 billion.
