Morning reminder 🌟

A reminder to not be too hard on yourself.

we all have things we’re trying to figure out, and sometimes it feels like everyone else is moving faster than you. But honestly, you’re probably doing better than you think.

Just get up, do what you can today, and take it from there. You don’t need to have everything figured out right now.

Anywayyy, have a good sunday guys 🤍

Good morninggg ☀️🩺
Random fact for today: your heart keeps working 24/7, but it gets tiny breaks between beats. Imagine having a job with no days off and getting only a few milliseconds of break here and there. Take care of that little machine 🤍

PLEASE DO NOT sleep with your phone under your pillow!
Heat gets trapped, and your sleep can suffer too!!!
