Sentencing postponed for Los Angeles bitcoin trader

Tetley had exchanged between $6 million and $9.5 million in the course of running her Business.
💰The federal prosecutor has asked US District Judge to sentence Tetley with 30 months of prison time, while Tetley’s defense team has asked only for a year. They’ve also asked for the forfeiture of 40 Bitcoins (Valued at $292,264) and 25 gold bars seized during the nab on March 30.

"6541 is a strong S/R level. Price dropped there in 15m(first wick). Everybody was looking there for rebound, because it's a strong S/R level and offers a very good r/r ratio, giving you the possibility to long on retest positioning strict sl. So what is the classic retail trader thinking? "I will long there on retest because I have the possibility to go long with small risk and good leverage. I will put long orders just above 6541 so I'll have more possibilities to see my orders get filled. I will put stop loss strictly under that level because if price goes under it it would mean my thesis is wrong" <— this is linear thinking and legit too, nothing to say, it could be a very good strategy . Now think to be a market maker with huge stack: you want to long there as well because effectively that theory is very good, BUT: You have a huge stack and you have no possibility at all to fullfill your orders at a price near above that level, because if everybody want to long there is almost nobody selling. Market makers know that that kind of thinking process is a global behaviour of all the crowd of retail traders. Now think about this: if they are right many people have sl just under that important level. Market makers have a lot of money and they can't buy everything they want in the moment they decide at the price they prefer, simply because going long exacly there would imply direct price manipulation, market would react too fast to allow them profit from rebound. So the best strategy for them is to try to force price to go down that level where many people is ready to sell, so they can not only buy everything they want but also at a lower price. "6541 is a strong S/R level. Price dropped there in 15m(first wick). Everybody was looking there for rebound, because it's a strong S/R level and offers a very good r/r ratio, giving you the possibility to long on retest positioning strict sl. So what is the classic retail trader thinking? "I will long there on retest because I have the possibility to go long with small risk and good leverage. I will put long orders just above 6541 so I'll have more possibilities to see my orders get filled. I will put stop loss strictly under that level because if price goes under it it would mean my thesis is wrong" <— this is linear thinking and legit too, nothing to say, it could be a very good strategy . Now think to be a market maker with huge stack: you want to long there as well because effectively that theory is very good, BUT: You have a huge stack and you have no possibility at all to fullfill your orders at a price near above that level, because if everybody want to long there is almost nobody selling. Market makers know that that kind of thinking process is a global behaviour of all the crowd of retail traders. Now think about this: if they are right many people have sl just under that important level. Market makers have a lot of money and they can't buy everything they want in the moment they decide at the price they prefer, simply because going long exacly there would imply direct price manipulation, market would react too fast to allow them profit from rebound. So the best strategy for them is to try to force price to go down that level where many people is ready to sell, so they can not only buy everything they want but also at a lower price. This time We want to update daily time frame! We got nice close above previous high that was the beginning of new correction. Closing above that high is nice bullish sign.
Today is Sunday and last day of this week. We are close to my mentioned level (6817). If we close above that one I think 7k area will be reached next week and we can stay above that price level for at least one more week.
I am not saying that it is confirmed but we are very soon to get confirmation. We were at this moment few times before and everytime the perfect formation got screwed up in last minutes. Let's see if it will happen this week.
Most important thing is that we are still too far from bearish level ( 6443 ) so even if we dont close above 6718 we have chances to testi 7k area or at least topbb on 1D (6950)
If we get confirmation, the target on weekly time frame is mid ( around 8100 ) at the moment. We didnt get confirmation yet so I wont analyze targets yet but just saying what would be potential targets but I need to check others indicators. It will be posted in channel if we get confirmation!

Japan’s SBI Holdings Virtual Currencies adds support to two major cryptocurrencies
➕SBI Virtual Currencies, the cryptocurrency exchange subsidiary of Japanese Financial Giant, SBI Holdings has added support for Bitcoin (BTC) and Bitcoin Cash (BCH) to its trading service Vctrade.
🔙Vctrade which was launched on June 4, 2018, with just the XRP/JPY trading pair. With the new announcement users who pre-registered before the launch can now trade BTC, BCH, against the Japanese yen.
🇯🇵🔝Notably, SBI Virtual Currencies is one of the 16 government-approved cryptocurrency exchanges in Japan. Currently, its cryptocurrency exchange service is only available to a limited number of users who pre-registered with the full launch is expected next month.
🔜SBI Group also revealed that there is a possibility of adding Ether trading pair in future and that it would not support smaller token during their third-quarter earnings press conference.
➡️For all the three supported digital currencies, users can trade between 500 yen and 5 mln yen (around $5.5 to $45,261). For customers who prefer to buy using cryptocurrencies, they can place their orders in digital coins of between 0.0001 and 40 BCH, 0.0001 and 5 BTC, or 10 and 70,000 XRP.
