Hospitals get a 20% Bonus if they admit you and give you new drugs called Remdesivir (Veklury), COVID-19 convalescent plasma, or baricitinib (Olumiant) in combination with Remdesivir.
By the way Remdesivir causes Acute Kidney failure which cause multiple Organ Failure which will lead to a ventilator and probably DEATH!!!
NCTAP claims are those that are eligible for the 20% add-on payment under Section 3710 of the CARES Act. Eligible claims have both of the following:
ICD-10-CM diagnosis code U07.1 (COVID-19)
ICD-10-PCS codes for remdesivir (Veklury), COVID-19 convalescent plasma, or baricitinib (Olumiant) in combination with remdesivir, as described below
CMS issued an Interim Final Rule with Comment Period that established the New COVID-19 Treatments Add-on Payment (NCTAP) under the Medicare Inpatient Prospective Payment System (IPPS). The NCTAP, designed to mitigate potential financial disincentives for hospitals to provide new COVID-19 treatments, is effective from November 2, 2020, until the end of the COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE).
Through the NCTAP, the Medicare Program will provide an enhanced payment for eligible inpatient cases that use certain new products with current FDA approval or emergency use authorization (EUA) to treat COVID-19.

Getting jabbed is optional, but mandatory, although voluntary, but you cannot refuse, more precisely you can, but you can be fired, although it is illegal, but the judge decided it is not.
No rejabbing needed, although it might be required, but not necessarily, since the jabs protects for 2 years, but the antibody count will be too low in six months, however you will have some antibodies, but they won't help against the new variants, nonetheless another jab will help grow new antibodies, but we are not sure if that will be the case.
Get jabbed and you won’t get sick, although you may get sick later, but it won't be as severe, although there are new variants, but you should not get sick, however there is a lot of patients with the antibodies, but you are immune if you already had the disease or were jabbed, but we are not sure of that, therefore get jabbed, which is optional, but is going to be mandatory.
