Price reached a clearly defined demand zone, which has previously acted as a strong support area. This zone coincides with a historical level where bullish reactions have occurred in the past, suggesting significant interest from buyers.
The market has been in a downtrend, but the current price action shows signs of a potential reversal or short-term pullback, as observed from the pronounced bullish wick rejecting lower prices at this zone.
This setup is based on the supply and demand trading concept, where price is expected to respond at key zones due to prior imbalances between buying and selling pressure.
The light green zone above marks a notable area of interest, potentially representing the next significant price level if the bullish momentum continues.

This GBPUSD 1-hour chart shows a simple setup:
Price dropped below recent lows to trigger stop losses (a common market move), then quickly bounced from a strong support zone. A big bullish candle shows buyers are stepping in. This suggests price may rise to the next resistance levels. Stop loss would go just below the support zone for safety. It's a good example of how the market grabs liquidity before moving up.

This is what we call a 'consolidation' in a consolidation, the price is collecting both buyers and sellers, meaning liquidity is build.
A consolidation can be seen on the higher time frame also. Showing wicks on both sides and relative small bodies.
During consolidations, most traders tend to hit their stop losses. For this reason its good to wait until we will be out of this price action.

GOLD price this morning finally went out of the 4 day long consolidiation.
On the way downwards, price swept both a daily and 4h low. Indicating a reversal! However, price remains in a bearish way, but first price has the chance to continue higher towards the 3373 / 3375 zone. Which can be the reaction from both sweeps!
Make it a safe trading day guys

Alright guys, so WHAT IS HAPPENING?
Gold stumbled on a support area. After it swept the previous 4H low and then managed to create a strong 15m FVG (momentum in the market)
However, on the way up we stumbled accros a 1h FVG which showed us good signs of rejection and first it looked like gold was about to drop a lot further.
However, as seen, it failed to push price lower. The long wick on the 1h chart, shows us the reaction of the 1h FVG has already been given.
The ods have changed from being 50/50 to 80/20 Bullish as I would say now.

Alright guys,
On GBP/USD, price recently reacted off a major support zone around 1.33900 after sweeping liquidity from previous lows. This move cleared out weak hands and potentially positioned smart money to take control.
As price tapped into this level, we saw a strong bullish reaction, suggesting aggressive buying interest. The rally from the lows broke short-term bearish momentum and is now heading toward a potential imbalance or inefficiency left behind on its way down. Itβs worth noting that although there was an initial hesitation near a minor resistance zone, the rejection wasnβt sustained. The current bullish follow-through shows strength and suggests that the downside push may have already played out.
From a probability standpoint, the shift in price behavior has flipped the outlook. What was previously neutral-to-bearish is now looking more like 75/25 Bullish going forward unless we see a strong rejection again near the mid-range.
Letβs see how price behaves as it approaches the next Zone.

I'm expecting a strange week this week. Gold keeps on giving indications of bearish movement.
Daily sweeps + FVG'S
Yet we are on the front of a possible bigger conflicht in the middle east, which will put the price of gold up high.
This week will be a fight between fundamentals and technicals.
Last week technicals showed to be stronger, for that reason, we're trusting the technicals a bit more also this week.

In a FVG, there are 2 possible rejections.
1. 1 candle going in, directly giving the rejection and forming a FVG fast after the touch in the FVG.
2. The 1st candle not making a new FVG. Then a second candle should sweep the low of that candle and then form a new FVG
number 2 happened just now on gold.

The GBP/USD 4H chart is currently trading within a well-defined range between the 1.35418 resistance and the 1.33908 support levels. Price recently swept below the 1.33908 support zone, triggering liquidity grabs commonly seen when the market clears out stop-losses or pending orders before reacting in the opposite direction.
Following this liquidity sweep, price has shown signs of rejection and recovery, indicating a short-term bullish bias while price remains above the 1.33908 level. However, the overall structure remains range-bound, meaning thereβs no confirmed trend continuation yet.
For now, the cleaner bias favors short-term upside as long as price holds above support, but a sustained break above 1.35418 or below 1.33908 will be needed to confirm any strong directional move beyond this consolidation phase.
