Doug Logan, CEO of Cyber Ninjas, and leader of the Maricopa County Forensic Audit is currently in a court battle because newspapers are demanding access to his private company communications. Transparency over elections and government decisions is definitely crucial, but extending this to all private businesses is NOT a good precedent, and is open to abuse. Read Doug's update below:

Many of you don't know this, but because of the work we've done in Maricopa we've been sued a number of times. Specifically, these lawsuit(s) have attempted to classify Cyber Ninjas as a "public entity" so that I am subject to public records requests (also known as "right to know" or "freedom of information act" requests).

Specifically, these request(s) have demanded all communications I have with everyone including a roster of every person involved in the audit, and all details on audit financing.

I have nothing to hide and have chosen to disclose financial details once; and I will do so again as soon as I have time to finish the project financials. However, disclosing communications including a roster of people have much larger implications and set a precedent I can't let exist.

The 1st amendment grants us the right to freedom of speech and freedom of assembly. The Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments protect us against government seizures of private documents and property. These rights have routinely been found in the courts to further give the right to be associated with whoever you want to be associated with. It is a fundamental liberty of a free society. Yet, cancel culture attacks this very fundamental right.

The seeking of private communications from a private company is a violation of these rights. The seeking of a roster of people who worked on the audit I can't see utilized for any other purpose than to again violate those rights. And we believe the law is clear that only documents which the government creates or owns are considered public records—but the government does not own my company’s documents and did not create them, so they are not public record. For these reasons, amongst others, I am fighting these lawsuits in court. If I lose this could mean that ANYONE who does ANY business with the government can be required to give up their communications at any time. We've already seen with the federal vaccine mandate for federal contractors how many people that really impacts.

So, what can you do about it?
1) Please pray for the situation. Pray that our Country would return to the foundation on which it was built. Pray that these judges would see clearly what is in front of them; and would choose what is right. Pray that our nation would turn from its broken ways, humble itself, and pray to God.

2) Please consider politely and nicely making your voices heard with these organizations letting them know you do not support their actions. I do not condone any type of rude or threatening behavior. Follow Proverbs 25:21 and win them over from your niceness. You may even consider sending them a public records request to make the point.

The plaintiffs in a lawsuit against the Senate is a group called American Oversight.

Racine County Sheriff Reveals Systematic Election Law Violations That Enabled Nursing Home Ballot Harvesting

The Racine County, WI Sheriff’s Office revealed that the Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC) unilaterally and illegally advised nursing homes to ignore election laws, which opened the door to statewide exploitation of cognitively impaired residents and potentially large scale ballot harvesting.

Wisconsin law requires Special Voting Deputies (SVDs) to assist nursing home residents with their ballots and explicitly prohibits voting assistance by facility staff. The WEC instructed elder care facilities in all 72 WI counties to ignore WI statute 12.13 on “Prohibited Election Practices;” violations are Class 1 felonies.

The Sheriff used the example of the Ridgewood Care Facility where 19% of the residents who reportedly voted in the 2020 election suffer from such severely diminished cognitive abilities they are unable to sign legal documents.

In in recorded meeting, a WEC official stated, “We will be telling the clerks to break the law… we need the flexibility to not follow the law,” citing Covid. However, the Sheriff’s office learned that 900 visitors, including elevator repairmen and bird cage cleaners, roamed freely at the Ridgewood facility during this period, apparently unhampered by the Covid restrictions the WEC used to justify breaking the law.

Patrick Colbeck identified ballot stuffing using ineligible or low propensity voters (like nursing home residents) as phase 2 of the election hijacking.

As you may know, VoterGA filed a non-partisan lawsuit to ban the Dominion voting system in Georgia because the U.S. District Court has found that it is illegal under Georgia law. The way in which it accumulates votes hidden in QR codes is totally unverifiable to the voter. Georgia law requires an elector verifiable ballot with human readable text. You may remember that Rep. Philip Singleton of House District in Coweta County 73 joined us in the lawsuit.

As retribution for that, House Speaker David Ralston is attempting to redistrict Rep. Singleton out of his seat. The new restricting moves the Republican from District 73 that has an 80-20% Republican majority to District 67 that has a 70 -30% Democrat majority. That is being accomplished by abnormally extending the Fulton Co. district south into a large chunk of Coweta Co. where Singleton and his family live (see Red “X”).

The chairman of the redistricting effort is Bonnie Rich. She has the power to correct this injustice that goes against the will of the people. We are asking that you contact her and insist that the lines be redrawn more fairly.

Multi-State Rollout Planned for Virginia’s Election Fraud Defense System | Epoch Times

10 Months in the Making

In February, a group of grassroots non-profits began an election integrity drive with the aim of using the Virginia gubernatorial election as a beta to “restore trust” in elections. They formed the Virginia Fair Elections Coalition, composed of over 20 mostly conservative groups. Both the Conservative Partnership Institute and Virginia Institute for Public Policy are partner organizations.

According to Cleta Mitchell, a senior legal fellow at the Conservative Partnership Institute, the entire cycle — from forming a coalition to dispatching new watchers to polls — takes almost a year. 

They are confident that what has worked in Virginia can be replicated in other states.

Such actions are already underway. On November 10th, an 18-city tour will kick off in Georgia to start building a similar coalition there, according to Jenny Beth Martin, co-founder of the Tea Party Patriots, a non-profit based in Georgia and a coalition partner. She said similar election integrity initiatives didn’t run in New Jersey, another state which had a gubernatorial election in November, as the coalition focused on Virginia as the pilot state.

74 Georgia Counties Can’t Produce Original 2020 Election Ballot Images

VoterGA’s Garland Favorito held a press conference today to discuss statewide evidence destruction in Georgia. Nearly 30% of Georgia counties are missing some or all of their ballot images. Interestingly, the Maricopa County audit also revealed 284K deleted or corrupted ballot images. In a press release, VoterGA summarized the details:

Atlanta, November 9, 2021 – VoterGA today announced that their ballot image analysis team determined 74 Georgia counties have been unable to produce all the original ballot images from the November 2020 election. The team obtained admissions from 56 counties that most or all of the images created automatically by the Dominion voting system for results tabulation have been destroyed. VoterGA volunteers made the determinations by submitting Open Records Requests (ORR) for the images to each county.

Ballot images are a critical aspect of election records that have long been required to be retained by federal and state law. Federal law requires a 22-month retention period for election records while state law requires a 24-month retention period for election documents which are generally considered to include those that are electronic. The Dominion voting system automatically creates images for in-person voted ballots on compact flash memory cards. It automatically creates images for mail-in ballots on memory flash drives. The cards or drives are then manually uploaded to the county’s Election Management Server (EMS). Some densely populated counties also use high speed scanners that automatically transfer images directly to the EMS.

Counties admit non-conformance or evade ORRs

At least 28 counties admitted having no original images at all and 22 of those counties only had recount images that some claimed are the same as originals. Recount images don’t have original time stamps that can be used for audit purposes nor do they have original meta data that shows how votes were initially interpreted. The images can also be changed by tampering between scans and are therefore, invalid to audit an election.

VoterGA received emails from another 28 counties admitting they do not have a complete set of original images. Various counties were missing all in-person voting images, all absentee images, all Election Day images or a substantial portion of one or more of those groups.

Another 18 counties did not comply with repeated ORRs over a period of two months. Most simply did not respond but some frustrated the requestors by requiring exorbitant fees for images that most counties provided for around $25-$50. Fees requested by counties ranged from $0 to $1,700, which is too unnecessarily expensive to comply with ORR law. Six of those counties claim to have mailed images that VoterGA team members have not yet received. These images may also be incomplete or recount images only.

VoterGA showed written confirmation from former State Election Director Chris Harvey granting permission to erase in-person ballot images from the memory cards. “These violations are yet another glaring reason why Georgians cannot trust the Secretary of State’s office,” said Garland Favorito, co-founder of VoterGA. “We desperately need a multi-county audit of the 2020 election to resolve these serious problems before 2022.”

In 2012 and 2016 the DVI was negative.

In fact it was more negative in 2016 than in 2012.

However, in 2020 the DVI increased to a large positive number, that is even greater than the Republican Vote Increase (RVI)... in a Republican county! 🤯
