The good, the bad, the ugly, but more importantly, the truth about our elections.

This one is for those of you who say that by exposing the vulnerabilities and the fraud, we could discourage people from voting.

This explains why you and everyone else need to vote.

If you don't vote, that's one blank spot that's up for grabs. If you vote, your candidates get your vote. So voting is really worth more than 1 vote, because you also made it harder for them to cheat by removing one ballot from the ballot bank.

They don't need your actual ballot to cheat. They just need the high numbers in voter registrations and the lower the turnout the easier it is for cheaters.

We are now within 100 days of the 2024 Presidential Election.

My to-do list is a mile long!

My next 100 days will be dedicated to preparing as best I can.

What will you be doing during the final countdown?

Remember when I told you all about the consent decree that the WA SOS entered which violates our state constitution?

Around the same time, the same case was filed in North Carolina. https://www.carolinajournal.com/judge-dismisses-federal-challenge-to-nc-30-day-voter-residency-law/

Last week, the judge dismissed the case in NC because the plaintiffs had no standing!

What is wrong with WA?! This needs to be corrected! NOW!

Voter participation is a big deal to election officials. But are people really participating when the process is too convenient?

Just because turnout is higher doesn't mean those people actually participated. There is no way to know who is really participating unless there is a requirement to physically show up.

If people don't care enough to show up, they should forfeit their vote, not make it available to others.

***** UP DATE *****
We had a bench hearing on the 25th in Springfield.
On Thursday the 25th., We had our day in court. We had a bench hearing top see if the Case would be considered by the Judge Dan Wright.

This case is a Judicial Review in which if we get passed the “Dismissal Hurdles” the Judge will declare if the Ballot from the Amendment 1 Election (called the Union Constitution Amendment) was a legal or an illegal ballot.

We felt good after the hearing and felt we got our points across to the judge that we had Merit, Standing, and Jurisdiction to go forward. The Judge is to review the hearing information and will get back to us.

Hoping for the right decisions.

Elections vary from state to state and even county to county. Understanding what kind of election systems are used, different issues will exist.

This is a very short list, and in reality is a much larger list. So let's call this graphic a quick reference sheet.

Great example of why being present & working elections locally & knowing state & federal election laws is important. My friend observed ballots being mishandled/stored incorrectly after town election recount in May. She filed a complaint with AG’s office and testified. NH AG has instructed the town clerk to resign. https://www.wmur.com/article/hampton-town-clerk-directed-to-resign/61758038

The WA SOS just announced it's third year of offering counties these annual grants for election security. The catch is, they have to have the Albert Sensor installed. https://www.sos.wa.gov/about-office/news/2024/secretary-states-office-distributes-2-million-county-elections-offices-bolster-security

I would like to believe that because of all of us who have constantly applied pressure in hopes of transparency and truth, their options to cheat have become limited.

Now is not the time to get distracted or ease up on your efforts. You may not feel like you are making a very big difference, but you are. Collectively our efforts are making all the difference. We have to keep going. It's win or else. There is no substitute victory.

Keep each other going. We don't have time to tear each other down. Our goal is bigger than you or me.
