🚨🚨🚨 Attention everyone who said we should vote early because of Arizona's election day machine failures/sabotage in 2022:

AZ early voting went down due to the crowdstrike outage/update failure. (Despite no internet connection, although the internet could be for the poll books, but that's beside the point because system is still down)

I stand by my previous statements that everyone should vote on or as close to election day as possible.

If you go vote on election day and the system is down, cancel your plans for the day and stage a sit-in until you get to vote. Call the county, call whoever you can call and make sure people know you aren't leaving without casting a regular ballot (as opposed to provisional) Yes, it's that serious.

Yesterday Captain K made a comment about what it means to be "too big to rig." I agree with his logic. Since he decided not to write an article about it, I thought you all may appreciate a visual aid.

If turnout for our candidate is less than half the size of the entire voter roll, your state is not too big to rig.

The good news is, you can still do something about it!

Who Chooses Each State’s Electors?

Yesterday's Substack discussed the importance of delegates/electors and how the states still control who gets elected as president and vice president.

The Precinct Strategy was correct to have people get back in control of the local Republican Executive Committees because ultimately these are the people who pick those delegates.

We need to seriously consider if the work cleaning up the election system will still stop the state power structures from sending in delegates that will again ignore the consent of the governed ....legally!

In the end, when you step back and look at everything that we have learned this last 4 years, you have to come to the conclusion that the states are what keeping the election process broken so they can keep in control of it.

The state power brokers just need the illusion of an election result to cover up for the decisions they have already made to install their corrupt candidates.

Elections are being stolen WAAAAAAY BEFORE election day.

This one is for those of you who say that by exposing the vulnerabilities and the fraud, we could discourage people from voting.

This explains why you and everyone else need to vote.

If you don't vote, that's one blank spot that's up for grabs. If you vote, your candidates get your vote. So voting is really worth more than 1 vote, because you also made it harder for them to cheat by removing one ballot from the ballot bank.

They don't need your actual ballot to cheat. They just need the high numbers in voter registrations and the lower the turnout the easier it is for cheaters.

Last week, the judge dismissed the case in NC because the plaintiffs had no standing!

What is wrong with WA?! This needs to be corrected! NOW!

Voter participation is a big deal to election officials. But are people really participating when the process is too convenient?

Just because turnout is higher doesn't mean those people actually participated. There is no way to know who is really participating unless there is a requirement to physically show up.

If people don't care enough to show up, they should forfeit their vote, not make it available to others.

We had a bench hearing on the 25th in Springfield.
On Thursday the 25th., We had our day in court. We had a bench hearing top see if the Case would be considered by the Judge Dan Wright.

This case is a Judicial Review in which if we get passed the “Dismissal Hurdles” the Judge will declare if the Ballot from the Amendment 1 Election (called the Union Constitution Amendment) was a legal or an illegal ballot.

We felt good after the hearing and felt we got our points across to the judge that we had Merit, Standing, and Jurisdiction to go forward. The Judge is to review the hearing information and will get back to us.
