Everyone who tries to convince you that they just figured out Joe Biden was incapacitated last night is lying. Everyone from Rachel Maddow to your morning barista. All of them.

They also knew it in 2020 when they pretended to believe Joe Biden received 81 million real, lawful, American votes. They lied then too.

This includes the Uniparty Right media who’ve spent nearly four years pretending Joe was a real, legitimate President.

Do not let them talk about replacing Biden until they admit he was never elected in the first place.

Letting them talk about Gavin or Mike or Hillary is letting them change the subject.

First, the locals and states can throw out the Albert Sensors and tell DHS & CISA to beat it.

If there is no statue granting the authority, then the agency don't have it.

Second, the same frame can be applied to the state agencies that boss the local county officials. If a state law does not outline the authority, then the locals are empowered to carry out elections the best way they see fit.

The local election officials are the ones closest to and therefore accountable to the people they represent.

For state administered elections, there sure are a lot of federal agencies involved.

The WA SOS entered into a consent decree and agreed without an adversarial process to remove the 30 day residency requirement for voter registration.

The SOS doesn't have authority to change our state constitution, and has instead decided to subvert state law all together.

This was done right after the legislative session ended, and is right before an important election. The legislature won't act until the election is over.

This is lawfare of a different kind. Manipulation and deceit is not how the SOS builds trust with voters. I guess it's safe to say that is not a priority for the OSOS.

WOW! Georgia removed a whopping 13 people from the voter rolls STATEWIDE last month. They are still under 800 voters removed YEAR TO DATE!

How much are Georgia taxpayers spending to maintain the voter rolls for the state? Are they using that money to rent cabins on Airbnb, because they are not using it to clean the rolls.

By far this is the worst voter roll maintenance record we have seen in all the states The People's Audit currently monitors.

The People's Audit also identified 261,374 voters with unreachable addresses, but with kind of track record, it is safe to say there are a large volume of voters that are being left behind after they move out of state.

Georgia is a must win state for Trump and we are committed to monitoring the voter rolls through the election.

Election administration and procedures should protect the integrity and security of elections. However, we are seeing creative ways that people are undermining election security through lawfare of various sorts.

Bottom line is, we need to defend election administration from those who wish to break it down and use it to their advantage.

Dale Whitaker, the GOP SOS candidate, along with others, attended and gave testimony at the public hearing the SOS held for the proposed administrative rules explaining that they violate state law and WA state constitution. Both of which require a 30 day residency requirement for voter registration.

People in attendance are told the OSOS is just following a court order...

You mean the unopposed consent decree where the SOS took it upon himself to remove the requirement, overstepping the legislature and outside of his authority?
