The good, the bad, the ugly, but more importantly, the truth about our elections.

A little friendly competition is healthy. Especially if it can be productive towards our goal.

After you add up your points, make sure you take steps to get the illegal ones removed!

(The state who cleans their rolls the best is the real winner!)

The importance of showing up is displayed perfectly in this example:

One thing I learned at a Pre-LAT was that my county failed to properly check each ballot on the machines. Multiple precinct polling places with 2 tabulators were an issue. Each tabulator can take in any ballot from the polling place. The tabulators in question were going to a 6 precinct combined polling place.
What they were doing was putting 1/2 of the ballot combinations for precinct 1-3 through 1 tabulator and the other 1/2 for precinct 4-6 through the other tabulator. They are required to run all six through each tabulator.
I questioned this as a poll watcher and showed them the statute that ALL ballot configurations had to be run through the tabulators, not just 1/2.

It would not have been spotted if someone hadn't stopped by to verify that they are doing things properly.

The NVRA restricts states from removing voters from the registration list except for under certain circumstances.

One of the ways used is through the notice process. Voters are sent a notice, and if they fail to respond, don't vote, and don't contact the elections office for 2 federal elections, they can be removed.

In many states, they are "inactive" during this time period.

But, if the voter confirms they moved out of the jurisdiction, they don't have to wait the 2 federal election cycles to be removed.

This is a federal law, your state laws may have additional requirements, but they shouldn't contradict federal law.

I am not a fan of current federal election laws, because there is no real enforcement. That is where you come in.

We have to use the tools available to us. How is your state complying with the requirement to maintain the rolls? Are they doing it frequently? If you don't know, go find out!

MAIL IN BALLOTS = FRAUD

Correct! It is finally getting up to TRUMP that you can't trust mail in ballots. And the number 1 way mail in ballots are taken advantage of is with voters with addresses that are undeliverable as addressed (UAA).

Laura brings up Trump winning in Florida.

I can assure you, they tried to steal Florida for Biden with mail in ballots and they did steal the races of hundreds of American First candidates all over the state.

But I hope Trump also knows, we have his back.

We are monitoring millions of voter in both Florida and Texas and soon many, many other states.

As Trump would say...It's gonna be HUUUUGE.

Primary elections are important. It's how the parties decide amongst themselves who their best candidate is to move forward.

Jungle primaries take that away. Just ask WA. They have lots of experience with this.

D's rally behind 1 or 2 candidates, while R's have 5 candidates, end up splitting the vote, and have no R's on the ballot in November...

As I head to work this morning, I want you to know that I'm counting on you to continue fighting, educating yourselves, and educating others about the flaws in our elections, while I attempt to survive the outside world for my 8 hr shift. 😁

People pushing early voting and ballot harvesting clearly haven't thought this through.

If we are fighting for better elections, we can't add more risks to the equation.

Safe and secure, right? πŸ˜… That's why ballots end up in the recycle bin? Where anyone could grab it and vote again?

Attention Hart InterCivic counties! Here is a sample public records request form for the 2024 primary election. This is for Brazos County TX, so get the form from your own county's public information officer and edit appropriately. Some counties may have an online request form to use.

Ever notice how they say the "tabulators aren't connected to the internet?" This specification is intentional, because nearly every other part of the election system is connected.

Even tabulators often have connection capabilities. But as long as they don't use them during an election, they think that removes the risks. 😁

Canvassing is crucial.

It's a big part of the solution.

Organize!
