The House already passed a bill through committee on Fri and it is being fast tracked through the Senate Committees today.

SB 562 Harassment of Election Workers is a horrible bill that limit our ability to observe elections as well as might get a few of us arrested for just what we are doing right now.

Of course if you get charged with a felony, it might also get red flagged for your 2nd amendment rights as well.

This is a HORRIBLE ATTACK ON OUR RIGHTS TO PETITION OUR GOVERNMENT AND OBSERVE OUR ELECTIONS.

There are already laws on the books that protect against harassment. And most importantly in the last 3 years there has NOT BEEN A SINGLE CASE of a citizen being arrested for anything approaching harassment on an elections official.

Republican won the initial count, won the machine recount, then they "found" uncounted ballots and the Dem won the hand recount. It's a very interesting part of history.
The part I am pointing out with this clip is where he says, "it's supposed to be difficult to overturn an election, but it's supposed to be possible." This is absolutely true.
Eventually the R gave up and the case never made it to the supreme court. Maybe I will go in depth about it for you all one day...

What sort of things could a bad actor do with an internet-connected machine with perfect knowledge of real turnout? Could they calculate the number of democrat and republicans voters to use as a basis for knowing how many fraudulent ballots to insert?

The Washington election officials who think using this internet-connected ballot sorting machine is a great idea are the same ones who just migrated nearly their entire election system over to the cloud. 🤡
