The Curious Case of Coos County - Log Off
In previous posts about the Curious Case of Coos County I outlined the various methods the County Clerk used to deny access to basic election information. This post continues that assertion with how they redacted election logs so that they were completelyβ¦

Before the 2020 election, CISA and the DHS were working hard at perfecting their censorship program, likely because they knew they would need it in place after the election was stolen. How do you think they were able to take Trump's tweets down so quickly that day? They already had the means to flag and remove posts through the social media companies.
Last week there was a congressional hearing and CISA and DHS both testified about their election censorship activity. Here are some of the highlights.
They deny they are still doing the same things people were upset about, but I don't buy it. They claim it ended but admit they haven't changed any policy. They just are using tricky language and don't want to mention they made the process more efficient now, but it still achieves the same goal. They may not be doing these things, but they are still happening.

The risk of a 2024 election heist is high. They got away with it before, so they are confident. We have been fighting hard, which is good. But they have been watching, so they know what we know.
Even if they use a different tactic, there are still certain things that need to happen in order for them to pull it off.
We must do everything in our power (and within the law) to disrupt their efforts if/when they make their move.
I pray that you all will find the courage to stand up and speak out if you see something. Don't count on someone else to do it.

Over the next couple days, remind yourself of why you are in this fight. Spend time with those you are fighting for.
Let us reconvene after the holiday and pick up where we left off with a renewed motivation.
I wish you all a Merry Christmas.
Enjoy it while it lasts, because once the new year arrives, we will need to hit the ground running.

The FRA is planning a road trip to Tallahassee on both January 16-17 to talk to committee members about a number of issues.
Some big ones are:
-Hand Count Ballots (HB 359)
-Silver & Gold as Sound Money (HB 697)
As Floridians, it is critical to understand how our legislatures works and how citizens can influence their officials to get good laws they want passed as well as stop bad legislation.
My last trip on Dec 7th was eye opening. The legislatures can only act on what they know and what is entered into the record. So don't expect them to act in your interest if you don't get involved.
You can either sit and complain about it or get involved and change it.
So if you want to join us at the FL Capital, please RSVP with the link below and make sure to use a good mobile number. We will be able to communicate with you with instructions on where to meet.

This video is based off the Albert sensor graphic I shared here a while ago. Thought it deserved some further details and I also talk about Washington's use of the devices and how the SOS is paying counties $80,000 to maintain the use of the devices.

What You Should Know About Albert Sensors
Albert sensors are advertised as a device that can protect and safeguard our elections. However, it can only potentially protect systems that are connected to the same network. Unless the tabulation s

Bena says foreign actors were trying to interfere or get into election systems but they were not very successful!
Foreign actors WOULD NOT neccessarily use HACKING but would use social media and other avenues to spread MISINFORMATION and spread doubt about the accuracy of our elections!
Was he basically saying it OK to censor what he deems MISINFORMATION!
Was he telling the commissioners the NE citizens presentations were MISINFORMATION!

My colleague Mark Negovon mentioned Stuxnet at the Dec 7th FL Ethic Committee hearing trying to warn officials that relying on a "air gap" to protect any computer system was rendered useless in 2010.
Our FL Voting Systems standards were developed in 2005 and NEVER UPDATED SINCE.
What is Stuxnet?
It was a computer worm specifically designed to attack USB thumb drives to hop into protected "air gapped" networks.
It then uses nearly undetectable methods to report back anything and everything on that compromised network. Hackers using it can do what ever they want.
It caused the Irania Nuclear enrichment systems that were protected by millions of dollars of systems & experts to catch fire & burn down. It even disabled their safety systems.
Are SOSs and govs really that naive to ignore cyber security in our election systems?
Or is it because they have been bought and paid for?
