ES&S sent Minnehaha County a non-conforming laptop in 2024, knows it was a non-certified piece of equipment, and refused to rectify the situation. The "hardened" EMS laptop was also shipped with WIFI/Bluetooth card. I've decided to find out if my state and the county auditors learned any lessons or not from our previous investigations. A lot of promises to "do better next time" were made. I think it's time to find out if they meant it or not.
