The WA SOS has extended the Logically AI contract to "monitor" social media and report people talking about elections as a "threat."

They did this despite being directed to go through the proper procurement process, which they failed to do the first time, and now again for the extension.

They are also withholding records without justification. They aren't denying the requests, but rather sending incomplete records and closing g the requests.

RCW 29A.08.370
Automatic registration—Registration of person ineligible to vote.
(1) If a person who is ineligible to vote becomes, in the rare occasion, registered to vote under RCW 29A.08.355 or 29A.08.362 in the absence of a knowing violation by that person of RCW 29A.84.140, that person shall be deemed to have performed an authorized act of registration and such act may not be considered as evidence of a claim to citizenship.
(2) Unless a person willfully and knowingly votes or attempts to vote knowing that he or she is not entitled to vote, a person who is ineligible to vote and becomes registered to vote under RCW 29A.08.355 or 29A.08.362, and subsequently votes or attempts to vote in an election held after the effective date of the person's registration, is not guilty of violating RCW 29A.84.130, and shall be deemed to have performed an authorized act, and such act may not be considered as evidence of a claim to citizenship.

Here is a page from the final threat report from Logically AI to the WA SOS before they extended the contract. Notice that they say 91% of the narratives were about election processes.

Maybe they should focus more on building a better process than labeling us all as threats...

For all the people who hate the machines and want to go to paper ballots, THIS IS THE TIME TO ACT!

Trump has called out to the governors to go to Single Day Voting with Hand Counted Paper Ballots.

We need to light up the phones, bury the Govs and legislatures in X posts and emails tell them all how much we want this.

If we let the states sit on their hands for one more year, chances are slim this will be fixed next year because they will all whine "It's an election year."

Then the rigged elections will be used to further consolidate power at the state level and make sure they can control who is Trump's successor.

So this is DO OR DIE time and definitely not the time to be complacent.

Trump can't do this without MASSIVE SUPPORT at the local and state level.

Each state groups should help the other so we can light up X. If we can get just one across first, the others will follow.
