We are starting a new year, which means the legislative session is starting up too!

Don't stand by while they write laws to govern your life!

Your representatives should know who you are. If they don't, how will they know how to represent you?

You have to set your expectations then hold them accountable.

These last 4 years have been wild. We accomplished our number 1 goal. We all see that there are still many problems that exist in each state. The fight is far from over.

That being said, I plan to keep this channel going and sharing info with you all. However, my son is a Sr. this year, and we are trying to prepare for college, etc. I also need to focus a bit more on my career as it had been on the back burner for a while.

The way I see it, I have gained a LOT of knowledge with all the time I dedicated to fixing our elections. I don't need to dedicate as much time, as that knowledge will stay with me. I just need to keep up with anything new coming down the pipeline.

Whatever your plans are, thanks for fighting with me over the last 4 years. I will be honored if you continue to fight this battle with me, even if it's scaled-down a bit.

It's ok to switch focus. It doesn't mean you are giving up. Elections will always be on our minds. It's what our freedom relies on. This is a forever battle. If you need a break, go take one. Then let's regroup and kick some butt so they don't pick up where they left off next time around.

Great thread on X recapping some of the keys issues from 2020 in Arizona — one of the few places that (begrudgingly) allowed a forensic audit of paper ballots.

Maricopa County evaded and stonewalled the state Senate’s requests at every step, and did little to remedy the major issues discovered.

Washington State continues to undermine our elections through the use of "pilot programs." The newest ones are supposedly to reduce mail in ballot signature rejection rates, because they claim people of certain ethnic backgrounds and younger voters disproportionately have their signatures rejected.

Watch out for this tactic in your state! Generating phony reports to manufacture a need to use pilot programs which sidestep the law.

Testimony against Ranked Choice Voting in the legislature.

I was scheduled to testify on another bill regarding voter challenges, but they didn't allow me to, even though I was the first to sign up for both bills.

They don't know how glad they are. That one was my focus and I was prepared to rip it apart.

For some context, there was a lot of discussion/disagreement before my testimony on whether RCV was easy enough for people with cognitive disabilities.
