This is what a tabulator "sees" when it is looking at a ballot image - Part 2

Vote target locations (i.e. ovals) are defined in the Ballot Definition File (BDF)

Vote target locations are associated with a candidate (or choice) in the tabulator's BDF. The EMS has it's own master BDF for each ballot layout.

The EMS only extracts the positive vote mark location from the tabulator results and then independently associates the location with a candidate (or choice) using it's own BDF definition for the predefined layout.

⚠️ The results from the tabulator and the EMS can be different if they use different BDFs. Dominion purposely does not double check the BDF versions are the same before tallying the results. (Even though this check would require one or two lines of code to implement).

(Manipulating BDFs to flip votes is simple to do and is very hard to identify.)

For the last four years of my life, I have been focused on elections. It started with the plan to fix 2020. Time went on and the web was unraveled with every piece of knowledge I acquired. I needed to know how each process worked, why it was done, and where the vulnerabilities were. I wanted to understand the election inside and out.

Fast forward – All of a sudden, it’s 2024 and the election games have begun. While I didn’t fix 2020 as planned, I’ll be damn sure they can’t pull the wool over my eyes again. I know better this time.

I am a bit on edge and feel anxious. It all boils down to this. I’m excited and scared all in one. I’m ready to get it over with, but also keep asking myself if I did everything I could have or should have? Did I forget something? Was I wrong about anything? Should I have done something different? What can I still do?

At the end of the day, I’m as ready as I’ll ever be. Thankfully I'm not alone in this fight. But I am all-in. 100%. LFG.

"In June '24 I moved to WA from CA. Several weeks ago I verified that I was no longer registered on the CA voter list ("not found"; my Driv Lic and voter reg was changed to WA in June). On 10/11, I received a Nov ballot from CA that was addressed to my WA address (what sense does that make?). I thought you might want to know that ballots for ex-Californians may be used for improper purposes.

What if I told you that the voting machines are NOT IN COMPLIANCE with federal security protocol?

How can you certify an election, when experts have testified under oath AND DEMONSTRATED that the results of elections can be changed WITHOUT ANY DETECTION!

This is the whole reason we have certification of voting machines. This is supposed to be IMPOSSIBLE.

🚨🚨🚨This happened in Whitfield County in my district - GA-14.

We vote on Dominion voting machines then it prints a paper ballot with our selections made on the machines.

This voter’s printed ballot had been changed from their selections made on the machine.

Good thing they checked their paper ballot before turning it in!

After several attempts of trying to change it to reflect their correct choices, they had to void the ballot and use a different machine.

Please double check your printed ballot before you turn it in to make sure it has marked the candidates you voted for!!!

This is the problem with mail in ballots... Not everyone has an interest in voting and they don't care where their ballot ends up. Like this one in the recycle bin next to the mailboxes. 0 chain of custody, 0 voter authentication, and 0 accountability. Not to mention the "sacred environmental effects" they are always whining about. It's all a bunch of bs.

Common problem Ballot Marking Devices (BMD) not properly recording the voter selection. Two of the systems were ES&S (Shelby County, Tennessee ;; Dallas County, Texas), with Dominion used in Whitfield County, Georgia. The ONLY way that a voter can observe these problems would be if they are looking at the screen, and their selection(s) are allowing certain instances. The next GATE would be when the Ballot Cast Card (BCC) from the ExpressVote prints the text of the races selected, but that isn't used by the DS200 to report the actual choices. The voter might observe the BCC is correctly reporting their choice, in the printing below the bar-codes, but that text isn't read or used by the Tabulator/Scanner.

The Dominion ImageCast X BMD (ICX) is even worse, as it has a Summary QR-CODE, which only the ImageCast Precinct (ICP-2) tabulator can understand. What prints below that QR-CODE, again is only used by the voter of their selections, and isn't matched against that Summary QR-CODE. It can't be verified by the voter, which makes it unconstitutional for being used in any Georgia Election, as provided for in the voting rights statute.

Oh well, we can have another chance, next election⁉️
