Tourists 'paid £70k to shoot innocent people in "human safari" hunting trips to Sarajevo - with extra charged to kill children'

Prosecutors in Milan opened investigation into Italian tourists who allegedly paid to shoot people.

Wealthy foreign gun enthusiasts accused of travelling to the city for 'sniper tourism' during its 4-year siege in the 1990s by Serb-Bosnian militias, Bosnian War.

1992 -1996, 10k+ people were killed in Sarajevo in the longest siege of a capital in the history of modern warfare.

Tourists paid members of the Bosnian Serb army for weekend trips, participated in the massacre of residents for pleasure.

They flew from Trieste to Belgrade on the Serbian airline Aviogenex to be 'weekend snipers' and join in the bloody siege, paying £70 - £88k.

Killing children cost more.

Investigation originated from a17-page legal complaint submitted by Milan-based writer/journo Ezio Gavazzeni, ex-magistrate Guido Salvini, Benjamina Karic, ex-mayor of Sarajevo.
