The King and Consort are set to visit America in their biggest royal tour yet to help smooth over diplomatic relations with Donald Trump.
Planned that monarchs will first go to Canada - which will be Charles's first visit there as King.
They will then go to the US, where they are expected to be greeted by Trump, likely in Spring of next year.
In case of Charles needing to stay in the UK for cancer treatment, a backup plan involving Wills & Kate is in place, sources said.
If it happens, will be 1st British monarch visit to United States since 2007. Sources from palace said there is 'no active planning' for the trip.
