Ex-CEO Abercrombie & Fitch + UK Partner Arrested: Sex Trafficking & Interstate Prostitution

Former Abercrombie and Fitch CEO Mike Jeffries has been arrested for sex trafficking & interstate prostitution. 
Jeffries' British partner Matthew Smith were arrested in West Palm Beach on Thursday, according to ABC News. A third man, Jim Jacobson, was arrested in the same case in Wisconsin.
The three men are accused of sexually exploiting and abusing young men at parties they hosted in the US and around the world. 
Prosecutors in the Eastern District of New York said in January they had launched a criminal probe after several men publicly claimed they were abused by Jeffries and his partner, 80 and 61.

Cindy Charles, the head of music executive at Twitch, passed away after being run over by a garbage truck last week. She was 69 years old.

The tragic accident happened on Monday, Oct. 14, near the Passeerdersgracht canal in Amsterdam. Twitch CEO, Daniel Clancy, confirmed the news on X (formerly Twitter).

“Cindy was killed in a traffic accident when she was traveling in the Netherlands,” the Twitch executive stated about Charles. “Most of the members of the Twitch community are probably not familiar with Cindy’s work, but she has been leading our team that manages our relationship with the music industry.”
