King Charles Approves Changes To Royal Assent Procedure

Legislation will now be expedited through granting of Royal Assent by the Lieutenant-Governor.

It means the introduction of legislation can be expedited through the granting of Royal Assent by His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor.

The new process will take effect from 29 February, the States of Guernsey said.

Here is the official sequence of events as they occurred on 2/24/2024 in Maricopa County.

1.) 17 PROUD AMERICANS showed up and signed the documents and paperwork in the back three rows during the meeting. This made them very uncomfortable. These board members do NOT like being served.

2.) When the “fake board” opened it up for the public to speak they came up with an excuse to run out. They did NOT want us to serve them on public record.

3.) When they ran out we took over the meeting and Miki Klann gave her speech on the open microphone to the remaining people sitting in the board meeting.

We the People are witnessing WAR CRIMES every time we step into these board rooms. This is a FOREIGN INSURECTION. It’s an act of treason. These are Foreign Corporations acting as Government.

THEY ARE NOT OUR GOVERNEMENT!

They signed an oath to a FOREIGN CORPORATION.

These people are engaged in sedition, rebellion, insurrection, RACKETEERING and treason for refusing to enforce the Constitution and laws of the United States.

They are ACTING belligerent and they are in DISHONOR!

If they think they can continue to terrorize the great people of our nation they are gravely mistaken.

100 of J6 Sentences Could Be Overturned

A Washington federal appeals court has ordered a new sentence for a retired Air Force officer who stormed the U.S. Capitol dressed in combat gear, in a ruling issued Friday that could impact dozens of other cases stemming from the Jan. 6, 2021, attack.

Panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals D.C. Circuit upheld Larry Brock’s conviction, the court said a judge wrongly applied an enhancement that lengthened the recommended prison sentence range under federal guidelines.

The enhancement — on the grounds that Brock’s conduct resulted in “substantial interference with the administration of justice” — has been applied in more than 100 other Jan. 6 defendants’ cases,

If the ruling stands, those defendants who have not already completed their prison terms may push for new sentences.

Uniformed man & his trained canine came within a few feet of where a plainclothes Capitol Police officer would soon discover a pipe bomb that had been planted there the night before.

Failure of the Secret Service detail assigned to VP-Elect Kamala Harris, who was inside DNC HQ when the bomb was discovered, to find the device before her visit.

Fact that bomb at RNC HQ was discovered by a government contractor with ties to the FBI.

Law enforcement officials repeatedly described the bombs as “highly dangerous” but also said they couldn’t have detonated on their own because of their cheap kitchen timers.

That cell phone data that might help locate the perpetrator has been deemed corrupted.

FBI’s geofence warrant to obtain cell phone data from Google gives no indication the warrant included the Capitol Hill neighborhood on the night of Jan. 5 – the time and location the pipe bombs were apparently planted.

FBI assistant director leading the stalled investigation had previously been in charge of the investigation into a kidnap plot against Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer in which the bureau tried to get alleged conspirators to build bombs.

FBI whistleblower has testified he was told the bombs were inoperable – a claim that seems supported by video showing authorities allowing children to cross the street toward the DNC bomb after it was discovered.
