May 4 Goldman Sachs Group Inc (GS.N) said in a filing on Thurs it is cooperating with gov't probes into collapsed Silicon Valley Bank.

Goldman involved in key events b4 SVB's downfall in that month; acquired a bond portfolio on which SVB booked a $1.8 billion loss, a transaction that preceded a failed SVB share sale where Goldman was an underwriter.

Goldman among the underwriters named as defendants in a securities class action lawsuit related to several SVB share offerings in 2021 and 2022, in a regulatory filing.

Plaintiffs allege offer documents contained material misstatements and omissions. Plaintiffs seek unspecified damages in lawsuit, filed on April 7 in U.S. District Court, Northern District of California.

Mar 17, SVB Financial Group filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection to seek buyers for its assets, days after its former unit Silicon Valley Bank was taken over by U.S. regulators.

Cocky pranksters mowed a giant penis onto the famous grounds of the Royal Crescent in Bath, England, where a significant coronation party is set to be thrown in just two days.

Residents awoke Thursday to morning wood, with the glaringly obvious penis trimmed into the lush grass overnight, SWNS reports.

It’s unclear if law enforcement is handling the case.
