All 9 service members died after 2 US Army Black Hawk helicopters collided during a routine training exercise in Kentucky.
Crew members from the elite 101st Airborne Div. were flying two HH-60 Black Hawk assault helicopters on Weds when they crashed at around 10pm ET in Kentucky's Trigg County.
The crew members were part of U.S. Army's sole air assault division nicknamed the 'Screaming Eagles', based at Fort Campbell, situated on the state's border with Tennessee, 60 miles NW of Nashville.

27-13 vote, fell mostly along party lines, days after school shooting in Nashville sent a painful reminder about the children killed by gun violence in Florida
Parkland led to major gun reforms and creation of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Public Safety Commission.
Several bills undo some of lawmakers recommendations.
Sponsor Sen. Jay Collins, said bill makes it easier for law-abiding citizens to access their 2nd Amendment right by removing the “permission slip” required by the state.
“I refuse to deny law-abiding citizens of this great state the right to defend those they do hold dear,” Collins said
Bill doesn’t stop businesses or other property owners from banning guns on their premises, doesn’t lift ban on having guns on school or government property.
Bill was backed by 60/67 Florida sheriffs & Police Benevolent Association.
