“He asked me to do his eulogy,” he said, before catching himself and adding, “Excuse me, I shouldn’t say that.”

Carter is in hospice care at his Georgia home.

“I spent time with Jimmy Carter, and it’s finally caught up with him, but they found a way to keep him going for a lot longer than they anticipated because they found a breakthrough,” Biden said, according to CNN and other sources.

Carter has been battling cancer for years. He announced in 2015 that it had spread to his brain, and four years later he had to have surgery “to remove pressure on his brain,” CNN said.

Big 4 Banks Shares Plunge 20%: Record Low

Credit Suisse shares nosedived more than 20 percent to a new record low this morning, sending jitters across the Atlantic as US banks dropped in pre-market.

Shares fell below two Swiss francs for the first time this morning, trading as low as 1.71CHF. The crash ignited a broader sell-off in European banks already wounded after last week's collapse of Silicon Valley Bank.

The Big 4 trillion-dollar US banks suffered in premarket after yesterday's (fake) rally. Wells Fargo slid 4.8 percent, Citigroup dropped 4.6 percent, Bank of America was down 3 percent and JP Morgan saw a 2.7 percent dip.

CHINA RUSSIA IRAN JOINT NAVAL DRILLS GULF OF OMAN

Naval forces from China, Iran and Russia — countries at odds with the United States — are staging joint drills in the Gulf of Oman this week, China’s Defense Ministry said Tuesday.

Other countries are also taking part in the “Security Bond-2023” exercises, the ministry said without giving details. Iran, Pakistan, Oman and the United Arab Emirates all have coastline along the waterbody lying at the mouth of the strategic Persian Gulf.

“This exercise will help deepen practical cooperation between the participating countries’ navies ... and inject positive energy into regional peace and stability,” the ministry statement said.

Hochul appeals Separation of Powers Case

On Monday March 13, 2023, just hours before the deadline, New York Attorney General, Letitia James, filed an appeal to try to overturn our successful lawsuit that struck down Governor Hochul’s unconstitutional “Isolation and Quarantine Procedures” regulation.

The case, Borrello v. Hochul, which we won last July, was brought against the Governor and her Department of Health, on behalf of a group of NYS Legislators, Senator George Borrello, Assemblyman Chris Tague, Assemblyman (now Congressman) Mike Lawler, together with our citizens’ group, Uniting NYS.

Main premise of case was breach of Separation of Powers – meaning the Governor and her Dept of Health didn't have the authority to make their dystopian “Isolation and Quarantine Procedures” regulation.

Regulation:allowed the Dept of Health to pick & choose which New Yorkers they could lock up or lock down, w/no proof of exposure, or sick with, a communicable disease.
