have put plans in place to prevent contaminants that have not yet been removed from washing into local waterways during the storms.
No vinyl chloride has been detected in the Ohio River. Closing drinking water intakes in advance of plume to prevent butyl acrylate from entering drinking water.
Sulphur Run been dammed both west of the crash site and east of the crash site,

Railroad was using steam to heat a damaged railcar containing paraffin wax. Melted wax transported in other tank w/o air exposure
Contaminated Soil - 3,150 cubic yards of contaminated soil removed from derailment. Process to remove contaminated soil & control seepage cnt'd.

Terminal 1 remains closed today after an electrical panel failure sparked a fire
It caused a power outage that sent dozens of flights into chaos
One Air New Zealand flight was forced to turn around after seven hours
The FAA said the terminal would remain closed until at least 2pm on Friday.
130 flights are believed to have been cancelled since Thursday, according to Flightaware.com
The airport failure is the latest in a long list of travel headaches in the US in the last six months.
In January, the FAA's own systems went down, grounding all of America's flights, in one of the worst aviation fumbles in recent history.
The cause of the outage was down to the FAA not updating its outdated systems according to many involved.
