We initiate coverage with a BUY rating and a target price of S$0.69. Our target price is
pegged to 1.0x P/B FY26e, 11% above peer valuations of 0.9x P/B. We believe this
premium is warranted given the Group’s net cash of S$507mn (27% of market cap), rapid
book value growth trajectory (S$0.5bn to S$2.0bn in net assets over three years), and
differentiated positioning as a full-lifecycle maritime financial platform rather than a
pure vessel operator. There is upside to the book value from rising earnings and
unrealized gains in newbuilds.
Skylink Holdings Provides Key Business Updates on its Operational Resilience

For the six-month ended 31 March 2026 (“2H2026”) compared to the six-month ended 30 September 2025 (1H2026) as follows:
• Secured more long-term commercial vehicle leasing contracts;
• Added new hire purchase financing loan books; and
• Completed more repairs and maintenance (“MRO”), and bodywork customisation jobs.

Given the structural roles of the Group’s core businesses within Singapore economy and the recently announced EV initiatives, the Group has seen increased business volume during 2H2026, which remained resilient despite heightened geopolitical risks.

Mr Wesley Shen (沈文德), Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer of Skylink Holdings, said, “Serving the needs of SMEs and essential mobility solutions is our strong commitment to customers. We are pleased that our integrated business model has demonstrated strong resilience, with minimal impact on our business activities despite recent volatility in global energy prices. Meanwhile, our expansion of commercial EV fleet is a strategic initiative to support and enable our customers’ green transition, and the recent rising fuel costs further accelerate this shift. Furthermore, majority of our leases are under long-term contracts with a diversified base of customers, which serves as a strong safeguard against market concentration and business risks. With good revenue visibility, Skylink Holdings’ integrated business model is well-positioned to navigate evolving market cycles with enhanced agility and resilience.”

Integrated Business Model
- Allow the Group to implement its growth initiatives in a self-compounding business cycle, both by way of growing asset-base and increasing business volume; - Generates recurring revenues, improves cost synergies and enhances asset utilisation under this ecosystem – being built for business agility and operational resilience across market cycles.

Customer Diversification
The Group maintains a highly diversified customer base, mainly SMEs, with no material reliance on any customer, thereby significantly mitigating business concentration risks.

Accelerating EV Adoption Initiatives
- Gained significant traction in enabling green mobility transition for its customers in several essential sectors under its expanding commercial EV lease offerings;
- Secured 18 new contracts and transitioned 16 existing customers to EVs with a total deployment of 43 new EV units in the 3-month period ended 31 March 2026
- Recently received more customer enquiries with a robust pipeline of leads for its EV lease offerings specifically during 4Q2026 amidst rising diesel prices, while the overall fleet utilisation rate has remained consistently high.

Minimal Financial Impact of Rising Fuel Costs - The Group does not expect the recent fluctuations in fuel prices to materially impact its financial performance specifically during 4Q2026 as lesses are responsible for operating expenses, including fuel costs.
- Majority of the commercial vehicle leases are on long-term contracts for more than 1 year, providing greater earnings visibility.

Improved Yields with Stable Growth in New Hire-Purchase Loan Book
- The newly added loan books during this period would generate higher yields as compared to those legacy loan books, which have since been progressively paid off

More MRO and Engineering Work for its Engineering Business
- Third-party revenue has improved significantly, reflecting the segment’s growing market recognition, expanding client base in the public sector, and service-centric approach.

(DBS) YZJ Maritime: Alpha Generator (Initiate with BUY; TP S$0.88)

Our TP is based on 1.4x PB, translating to 17x PE, in line with valuation multiple used for Seatrium and shipbuilding peers median PE.

Investment Thesis: Asset-light + Defensive + High Growth + Yield

*Reclaims Global (RGL SP/BUY/S$0.22/Target: S$0.27)*

_FY26: Earnings Beat Along With Strong Balance Sheet_
By Kai Jie Tang, Heidi Mo UOBKH

*Earnings beat.* Reclaims' FY26 net profit of S$6.8m (+23% yoy) beat our expectations by 13%, driven by improved project mix and stronger demand. GPM expanded to 48.3% (+4ppt yoy) and revenue rose 5% yoy to S$46.5m.

Revenue growth was led by excavation with S$35m (75% of FY26 revenue, +15% yoy) and logistics/leasing (23% of revenue, +33% yoy), partially offset by weaker recycled waste sales.

*Payout ratio almost doubled.* A final and special DPS of 1.0 cent each was declared, bringing total FY26 dividends to 2.5 S cents or 54% payout ratio (FY25: 28%), backed by a strong net cash position of S$28m (~28% of market cap).

*Partial cost pass-through from higher diesel prices* of 40-60% will help mitigate margin pressures.

*Strong order win momentum to drive earnings growth.* Reclaims secured new contracts of up to S$18.6m in 4QFY25 (Nov-Jan), which are expected to contribute in FY27.

*Maintain BUY with a target price of S$0.27,* pegged to 12x FY27F PE. Reclaims trades at only 10x FY27F PE despite its high ROE of 17%.

Asset-Light O&G Player Well-Positioned To Capture FPSO Servicing Demand And See Multifold Earnings Jump In 2027
By Kai Jie Tang, Heidi Mo UOBKH

Well-positioned market leader. Beng Kuang Marine (BKM) is a leading corrosion prevention and offshore asset integrity service provider, benefitting from strong demand across SEA, the Middle East and Latin America. Corrosion-related services remain critical and non-discretionary, supporting resilient margins and pricing power.

Ageing FPSO fleet supports demand. With over half of the global FPSO fleet >30 years old, ongoing repair and life extension, as well as high replacement costs and long newbuild lead times underpin demand for BKM’s services.

Recurring nature of business. BKM derives around 80% of its revenue from recurring, non-discretionary services for ageing FPSO and FSO assets. These services are essential and provides revenue visibility, with the proportion of recurring revenue expected to increase further following ASOM’s consolidation.

Transformational ASOM acquisition. The S$60m acquisition of the remaining 49% of ASOM (by end-Jun 26) could drive 3-4x earnings growth to ~S$20m in 2027 (vs ~S$5m in 2025).

Shift to higher-quality earnings. BKM's transition to an asset-light, service-led model under BKM 2.0 with ~80% recurring revenue is expected to rise further post-ASOM, supporting stronger ROE and cash flow.

Solid start to 2026. BKM secured S$51.2m in revenue with an orderbook of S$55.9m as at end-1Q26, providing good earnings visibility.

Initiate BUY with a target price of S$0.64, pegged to 12x 2027F PE (+1.5SD above mean). Trading at only 9x PE or a steep 60% discount to peers (14.6x), we see scope for re-rating as the market recognises BKM’s transition to a higher-quality, recurring earnings model and the full impact of ASOM consolidation.
*Beng Kuang Marine is no longer scrap metal. UOB thinks the market has missed it*

For years, Beng Kuang would have been viewed as another offshore engineering name tied to yards, contracts and the mood of the oil market.

That description is becoming dated.

The group has been shifting towards higher-margin services such as corrosion prevention, maintenance and offshore asset life-extension work.

These are less glamorous businesses than shipbuilding or fabrication, but they often produce steadier cash flow.

I learnt early in broking that boring earnings are regularly mispriced.

Markets love excitement. They reward consistency much later.

Still, the market often pays best when old labels are wrong.

At 48 cents, Beng Kuang Marine is no longer obscure, but it may still be misunderstood.

There is a difference, and sometimes that difference is where money is made.
