2) How frequent they need to be replaced?
3) what are the recycling plan & methods for the replaced systems?
4) what are the energy requirements to run such massive surveillance networks around the world?
These 4 very basic questions are related to the two most popular issues of today; environmental impacts and energy consumption.

I do not understand this jingoism?
On one side Iranian regime is "leader of Muslims of the world". And on the other side, they are "nationalists"? Its oxymoron.
Each time Iranian regime raise nationalistic slogan, each time I see it as a sign of loss of regime's legitimacy within Iran. Iranian Mullahs’ shouldn't wrap themselves in patriotic colors to earn legitimacy. Their religious garbs do not match with their patriotic colors.
This trick isn’t going to work. People of Iran and regional countries know very well that ideology of Khomeinism is built on negation of any/all nationalism. There is no nation but "Muslims" aka Umma.
Therefore, the statement should read
"But they must knowMuslims are the ones who build their fates."
Since "Islamic" Republic owed its legitimacy to the "Islamic" revolution of 1979, they must remain within that envelop.
