Re-Bringup Kernel from LA.UM.9.14.r1-18600-LAHAINA.0 based on Asus OpenSources Kernel package.

Use Makefile to find close versions and next to check GKI_VERSION hash behind kernel version
And you can find correct tag (diff vendor manifest)

Known Issues:
1. Main Camera can't be used, not my fault, is lineage-18.1 use Snap Camera is too rudimentary, so can't support muti-camera sensors.
2. VoLTE call, when VoLTE call, SIM card signal may be lost. (VoWiFi call is working.)
3. 5G NSA maybe not working, I plugin support 5G NSA plan SIM card, and it only shows LTE.

Note:
- ROM uses build vendor and build kernel
- Google Apps already included

Install Guide:
1. Ask unlock bootloader by me or @asusunlock.
2. Update your devices to 18.1055.2307.269
3. flash {boot, vendor_boot, dtbo}.img
4. fastboot reboot recovery
5. Select Apply Update
6. adb sideload ROM package
7. Wipe userdata
8. Reboot & Enjoy ~
