*ITS ALL PROPAGANDA ABOUT TPD AS NO CIRCULAR HAS BEEN ISSUED BY TEACHER'S EMPLOYER TSC*

Knut embattled Court Sg has been issueing circulars with fake threats without the input of docile dead gnat organs. Teachers of Kenya had been liberated from mental and economic slavery from the once arrogant Knut boss. He has been an enemy of Teachers progress. *#TSCCEO has liberatedTeachersFromYorkOfDespotsLootingTheirHardEarnedSalaries* TSC isn't the one killing Knut nor against Sossion but the later cooked his goose and served it big time and he's the one with his National Steering members that have destroyed lives and career of young brilliant brains. The enemy of teachers is Despot Sossion.

It's also laughable that the former, court Sg has also issued a strike threat of the Seven days but we're telling him to bring it. *#NoStrikeWillTakePlaceInKenya* All his enablers, praise and worship, goons and Blind sycophants be warned that the strike notice issued by a union which by reference of Labour Relations Act of 2007 Section (54)1 ,it's illegal as the Union has lost the Recognition Agreement. I have pointed out the foolishness of the plot, to mislead innocent Teachers by Crocks out to reap from where they have not worked while Sycophants are naively cheering because they have sold their brains and are currently enslaved.

_BBI OUTBURST, THE HYPOCRITE SOSSION_

_Did I see him yesterday attending a BBI meeting in Narok? Did i hear him publicly declare that all teachers support BBI??Yes,teachers are good citizens and each has a right to make his/her decision to support or not to. Sossion, you have no express authority to decide on teachers!!.Teachers are educated and can make informed decisions bila kuchawishiwa na mtu yeyote. What you rattled yesterday was your own take. Your personal thinking. Keep teachers away from it. We know it was away of seeking for forgiveness from the government through Baba??I'm sure you have sent clips all over the world so that the President can see a man who has changed tune, heart and mind, but has he really changed? He has not, it's a way of winning back the confidence of Baba who in turn will inform Uhuru and hope that the grass will grow once again. Who told this man Sossion that teachers support BBI in totality? Did he seek audience and opinion of the teachers? In the absence of the NEC and ADC who gave him the mandate to campaign for it? Government must know that whenever Sossion opens his mouth, ordinary citizens and majority of the teachers will walk away from it? Let him try the same trick and shenanigans in Central or Rift Valley. We want Kenyans to unite but he must unite KNUT first. I hope he's not targeting campaign finances from unsuspecting Uhuru Kenyatta and Co. His thirst for free cash us well known. Otherwise his support for BBI or lack of it is the same. We know him too well. In fact, his support remains suspect!!!!_*

WHY AM I IN THIS SCHOOL?

Just when you get a job to teach in a school whether by TSC or BOM, do you ever take time to ask why you have been given the job? You agree with me that when applying for the job, you must have said, "I will help the school to improve both in academics and co curricular." You need to know that in the part of academics, you silently accepted to nurture students and like your own, train them to be upright.

Now answer me, at what point did TEACH AND GO HOME (TAGH) slogan set in? Many tell me, it is because we are being underpaid or MOEST has decided to vilify teachers. I beg to humbly disagree. We are just behaving like a cat that cries for food when you eat. As soon as you drop it a bone, it grabs, and runs away greedily and ferociously grumbling.

When the BOM of a school chooses to give you a job, silently they are telling you, "We count on you to defend our school, teach our students to be upright morally, academically and above all, spiritually." Not only is the BOM doing so but God in heaven. Why do you see a child messing up and you selfishly say, "That is not my child. This is npt my school after all. This school has owners?" Then who are you? Who are owners?

For the short while I have been in the teaching profession, my biggest weakness, which has turned out to be a strength has been the art of having centripetal attachment to my students and school. I can't allow anyone to talk ill of my school. I can't expose my students to ridicule. I can't be part of a discussion where my boss is being discussed negatively. If anything, s/he is just human. The mistakes s/he is making are human. Some of us talk, think and disrespect our HODs, DPs and Principals as if we are perfect. Of course you think you are perfect because you have not entered that office.

You go out with students, leave them to misbehave because they are not your children. You see them do wrong things but keep quiet. When you return to school you tell people in assembly how the students behaved well. They look at you and clap for but deep in them, the sensible ones know you are a NINCOMPOOP. Our students are jusr a replica of who we are. I give marching orders, I give directives and they are followed. Remain firm and fair. Your students will respect you. They will not respect you coz you compromise their mistakes or laugh with them.

If you hate a school, leave and go to where you love. If you hate TSC and teaching, LEAVE AND GO ELSEWHERE. We can't be vomiting and going back to our vomits. In this same teaching, a teacher lives like a King yet another lives like a destitute but same salary. In this teaching, a teacher lends to others yet one is a chronic borrowe. Actually, a typical beggar! Yet, same salary. God cannot bless our works if we don't appreciate and love our jobs. God can't bless your school if you keep speaking negativities about it. Neither can God bless your class if you keep seeing your students as failures. Look, if you ever want to lead people and be respected, RESPECT THOSE WHO ARE LEADING YOU. You can't be the rebellious one and all you do is to recruit new members into believing that your bosses are bad, all trs are bad etc.

What you do to people' s kids in school will and must be done to your kids. Teach and go home early, come to social media or drinking dens or salons and idle corners, talk ill of your colleagues, heads but in the end, you will reap from it. You will live a hopelessly unfulfilling professional life. God can't give you favour before a principal whom you hate without a reason. Neither can He make your students do well when you see nothing good from them.

When you are a CLASS TEACHER, you are the principal of that class. You are the far(mo)ther of those kids. Nurture them. Be accountable.

Respecting and loving a boss does not mean being near him/her 24/7 till he can't even have free space to ponder over his school, job or family. It has nothing to do with sitting with him/her under a tree talking about other colleagues. Judas sat, walked and ate with Jesus but still s
old Him. You can be with him/her but still plotting his/her downfall. You hear what s/he says and uses it against them.

Finally fellow patriots, the fulfillment of successfully taking a child through school and making him/her successful is more therapeutic than anything else to a TEACHER. You shout about salary. Pesa haitoshi. We need to own, love, defend and be faithful to our schools.
*TSC SET TO CONFIRM INTERN TEACHERS ON PERMANENT AND PENSIONABLE TERMS*

Teachers Service commission is set to confirm teachers employed as interns on permanent basis if The National Assembly Education Committee’s move in parliament is anything to go by.

TSC ittended to recruit 10,000 teachers as interns and 5,000 teachers on permanent and pensionable terms as from next month but Education Committee is opposed to the idea and wants TSC to hire teachers on permanent basis.

The move by the committee has made the commission to resolve by first confirming on permanent basis the current 6,000 teachers Working as interns in secondary schools. Sources from the Teachers Service commission also indicate that the commission will now employ 9, 000 teacher on permanent and pansionable terms and 6,000 more as interns.

However, the commission may still face serious challenges among them, insufficient funds. Appearing before education committee to defend its budget for the next financial year, TSC CEO Nancy Macharia said the commission was not assured of funds from the treasury to recruit teachers on permanent and pensionable terms hence the need to use the limited resources to recruit interns.

Worse still, the parliament committee does not want TSC to employ any qualified teacher on anything apart from the permanent and pensionable deal. The MPs insist that the lion’s share of the commission’s budget should go to the recruitment of teachers.
*BREAKING NEWS. MAGOHA TELLS OFF PARLIAMENTERIANS OVER TRANSFER OF TEACHERS IN NORTHERN KENYA AS KNUT SG THREATENS TO SUE TSC*

Nancy Macharia of TSC put up the strongest defense of a teacher that has ever been seen in the recent past. She soberly, proffesionally and strongly told a noisy and shouting parliamentary committee, that TSC did NOT withdraw teachers from Northern Kenya. TSC TRANSFERED TEACHERS from the region who asked to be transfered on a need basis. This is the mandate of TSC.

These strong words led to more noise and drama in parliament as Mps from NEP and the KNUT sg threatened to sue NANCY Macharia for employing non locals in Garissa. Sossion said TSC had turned NEP into an employement beaureu. He sympathised with Magoha as being the only minister in the world who lacks control over teachers.

This position of Sossion was however ove-ruled by parliament chair Paul Meli who said Sossion was being petty and full of vendetta.

Views of the chair were supported by both the CS Education MAGOHA and I.G. Hillary Mutyambai have told parliament that TSC CEO Nancy Macharia is 100% right in transfering non local teachers from Nothern Kenya due to insecurity. He said, he had studied the report from TSC and it was solid that locals were targetting non locals with a view to threaten and hold TSC ransom so as to force employement of failures in the region to be teachers.

Magoha said and I quote... "The problem of insecurity facing teachers in Northern Kenya cannot be solved in by Mps in a parliament boardroom. It is those hon members of parliament who must take Kenyans to the ground to tell them why only NON LOCAL CHRISTIAN teachers are targeted.

Hilary Mutyambai the IG was even more blunt. He told the parliamentary committee that Investigations show that LOCALS including learners in Garissa planned and participated in the attack and the recent killing of 3 Nywele Ngumu teachers. He said every local was informed there was going to be an attack and only the nywele ngumu fellas were unaware. He said even the policeforce has lost nywele ngumu officers working in NEP yet they are armed and in camps. He said the LOCALS in NEP must explain why teachers are targeted before TSC can think of posting teachers.

TSC CEO... Daktari Nancy Macharia gave the best presentation ever seen north of Limpompo south of Sahara in defense of a teacher. Nancy could easily pass for a union leader defending employees when she said 42 NON LOCAL teachers have been killed in NEP. She said it will be unfair to lower pass mark for people seeking to train as teachers in NEP to D minus or E as suggested by #BBINonsense cartels in Garissa. She said 24,054 candidates in Mandera, Garissa and Wajir who got C plain in the last few years and who have not applied to join TTC. She wondered why LOCAL leaders want TSC to lower entry point for Somali teachers to D minus ... yet we have over 24000 who HAVE C PLAIN which is a requirement to enter TTCs. Instead of lowering pass mark.. can the C plain candidates apply?

Kuppet Chair led other members of parliament in praising TSC Ceo for the good report and for defending teachers. KNUT sg however was ruled out of order and accused by chair of the committee Paul Meli for being petty and going for side shows when he declared that.. . himself read (KNUT) will sue TSC if they ever employed a non local to teach in NEP again. Melly ruled out Sossion saying he should not bring personal vendettas and threats to serious parliament discussions. Sossion retorted back by claiming that the chair was trying to gag him and he will speak his mind. Sossion had also claimed that Magoha was toothless as he had no control on teachers. Magoha ignored him.

*CONCLUSION*
Nancy Macharia wins round one... via KNOCK OUT... Tsc did NOT withdraw teachers.. It transfered teachers on a case by case request for transfer. This is the mandate of TSC.
