*AN EVIL HAND MISLEADS 54 WOMEN TEACHERS TO ADDRESS THEIR EMPLOYER THROUGH AN ADVOCATE*

THE 54 Kiambu women Teachers misplaced anger against KEWOTA. They should stop blaming KEWOTA and TSC. Infact it's the said Teachers who are on the wrong side of the law and the demand letter from their advocate Julius and Advocates company is laughable. The counsel is illegally weaponizing the teachers against their employer with the so called "illegal deductions" which are only fictitious *#StopBeingCowardsAnd ApproachYourEmployer WithoutUsingAdvocates AsThisMayHaveDireCo sequence.*

The employer has clear rules on the channel of Communication with her employees through correspondence and not through processed servers and by taking such unorthodox step may have unwarranted outcome on the said Teachers. Teachers are their worst enemies and shouldn't blame anyone.

Finally, we're privy to the revelations that the master of court orders conservatory ordes has a hand in the matter and may want to sink with many teachers who are not kin to his malicious and mischievous character.

*TSC CRACK THE WHIP ON TEACHERS OVERSTAYING IN A STATION*
Teaching is a call and regarded noble profession and it's nobility must be upheld with high level integrity. It's quite uncivilized and uncultured that some teachers have turned some stations as their home. As the employer crack the whip on such elements it's a move that is aimed at injecting new blood and promoting national cohesion and integration in our learning institutions

Reliable information reaching our desk that has confided to this writer is that shocking narration of how some teachers turned those schools to be like their inherited ancestral land. It is said that such elements hoodwink every head that gets them in those schools that tries to break their rings.

Already TSC has started a massive shakeup in staff balancing system after several stakeholders registered concern. Team sanity are therefore reminding such teachers to take such moves positively as they had vowed to teach anywhere in the republic. *We also take opportunity to Congratulate TSC County Directors:- Busia, Migori, Kisumu, Kiambu, Tana River, Nakuru for leading in the implementation of this policy*

The target group those who have stayed in one station for over 10,15 and ,20 years respectively. This is done to inject new blood, avoid a conflict of interest and rings of cartel. TSC has finally make this a reality which shall be implemented in phases to relieve the school administration .

*Resolution*
Teachers are therefore advised to initiate personal swops or request for a transfer before they become casualties.
