C9 has passed the senate with amendments, so it has to go back to the house, as the senate recommended adding "nooses" as a hate symbol as well.. which means it has to go back to the house to confirm they accept "nooses" (which they will) then the bill will be headed off for royal assent. The didn't approve "residential school denialism"

As per the Chief Justice's ruling at the interlocutory hearing, I can continue to engage and instruct legal representatives to prosecute the Commonwealth. The Chief Justice made clear that I, Thomas Sewell as second plaintiff to the case have Standing with the High Court.

This means that it is lawful in Australia to donate to the High Court Challenge being represented by Matthew Hopkins at Paladin Lawyers.

Had a great weekend at the Orangeville Blues & Jazz Festival with my father Nelson, as he played along with many of the bands there, and prepares for future gigs that are currently in the works. The beautiful ladies couldn't help but flock to him as he got his mojo working!

We got lots of footage for the documentary we are working on, and secured future interviews, with several already completed.

The process of making this documentary has helped invigorate Nelson's warrior spirit, as like many others afflicted with debilitating diseases like Parkinson's, he struggles daily to live a quality of life that these conditions aggressively attempt to take away... However, the Warrior Spirit cannot be broken! ⚔️
