C9 has passed the senate with amendments, so it has to go back to the house, as the senate recommended adding "nooses" as a hate symbol as well.. which means it has to go back to the house to confirm they accept "nooses" (which they will) then the bill will be headed off for royal assent. The didn't approve "residential school denialism"

As per the Chief Justice's ruling at the interlocutory hearing, I can continue to engage and instruct legal representatives to prosecute the Commonwealth. The Chief Justice made clear that I, Thomas Sewell as second plaintiff to the case have Standing with the High Court.

This means that it is lawful in Australia to donate to the High Court Challenge being represented by Matthew Hopkins at Paladin Lawyers.

Thank you for the support so far, it is important to raise more money as I am hiring additional council which will have added costs.
