Implemented a daily renaming limit of 25 episodes for non-admin users.
If a user reaches the renaming limit, a message is sent indicating the limit and the time remaining until the limit resets (4 hours).

Reset Limit Command (Bot Owner Only):
Added a command /resetlimit that allows the bot owner to reset the renaming limit for any user using their user ID.
