without googling, do you know the story of Pikablu?

It was rumored that Marill from the anime was going to be called Pikablu and that it was an actual evolution of Raichu in the games bc of that one dude in Cinmabar Island that due to a translation error says that the Raichu you gave him evolved, this spawned a bunch of rumors on how to get him akin to Mew under the truck


And as a fun fact there was also a Japanese magazine contest in which they had to design a Pokémon and the winner was a blue mon also called Pikablu
