 🔘ጨጓራ ከትንሽ አንጀት ጋ በሚገናኝበት ፖይሎረስ(pylorus) በሚባል ክፈሉ ላይ በሚፈጠር ብግነት ምክንያት ይህ ክፍል በተፈጥሮውም ቀጭን በመሆኑ በቀላሉ ሊደፈን ይችላል። በዚህ ጊዜ ታማሚዎች የማይታገስ ተደጋጋሚ የሆነ ማስታወክ ይኖራቸዋል፣ ምንም ነገር በልተው አያቆዩትም ወዲያው ያወጡታል።

⛔ የጨጓራ_ካንሰር

 🔘ያልታከመና ረጅም ጊዜ የቆየ የጨጓራ ህመም እጅግ ገዳይ ለሆነው የጨጓራ ህመም ይዳርጋል።

✨ህክምናዎቹ

🔘የተጠቀሱትን መንስኤዎችና የሚያባብሱ ነገሮችን ማስወገድ የህክምናው ምሶሶ ነው።

🔘በጊዜያዊ ህክምና የህመሙ ምክንያት የሆነውን አሲድ በ ፀረ አሲዶች(antacids) ማቀዝቀዝ ቢቻልም ዋናው ምክንያቱ ካልተወገደ ጊዜያዊ እፎይታ ብቻ ይሆናል።

🔘ስለዚህ መንስኤዎችን ማከም ለዘለቂ ሰላም ወሳኝ ነው።

🔘በህመም ማስታገሻ ክኒኖች ምክንያት የመጣ ከሆነ እነሱን ማቆም፣ በተደጋጋሚና ከመጠን በላይ አለመውሰድ አሊያም በሀኪም ትዕዛዝ ለጨጓራ ጠንቅ ወዳልሆኑ መድሀኒቶች መቀየር።

🔘በH.pylori ባክቴሪያ የመጣ መሆኑ ከታወቀ ባክቴሪያውን የማስወገድ ህክምና ይሰጣል (Eradication Therapy)

🔘በተቻለ መጠን ሁሉ በተደረገ ህክምና አልታገስ ያለ የጨጓራ ህመም ባደጉት ሀገራት ህመሙን የሚያስተላልፈውን ነርቭ ለብቻ ለይቶ በመቁረጥ (vagotomy) መፍትሔ መስጠት እንደሚቻል አሳይተዋል።

🔘ከህመሙ ጋር ተያይዞ ለሚፈጠሩ የበሽታው መወሳሰቦች(complications) የቀዶጥገና ህክምና ዋነውን ቦታ ይይዛል።

⛔ጥንቃቄ 

- እድሜያቸው ከ 55 ዓመት በላይ የሆኑ
- በየግዜው እየባሰ የመጣ የመዋጥ ችግር ካለ
- በሆድላይ እብጠት ካለ
- ለየት ያለ ፍርንት እብጠት ካለ()
- ከዚህ በፊት ጨጓራ ላይ የተደረገ ቀዶ ጥገና ካለ
- የዓይን ቢጫ መሆን ካለ

⛔ የጨጓራ ህመም ምልክት እያለቦት እነዚህ ከላይ ከተጠቀሱት ውስጥ አንዱን ያሟላሉ??

🔘 እንግዲያውስ የጨጓራ ህመሜ ተነስቶ ነው እያሉ መዛናጋት አይገባም፤ በየጊዜው ኪነን መዋጥም ልክ አይደለም .....የካንሰር ህመም ሊሆን ስለሚችል አሁኑኑ ወደ ሀኪምዎ ሄደው ተጨማሪ ምርመራ ያድርጉ!
