ከቅርብ ጊዜ ወዲህ ይህ ህመም በጣም እየተለመደ መጥቷል። በተለምዶም ይሁን በተረጋገጠ ምርመራ የጨጓራ ህመም አለብኝ የሚል ሰው ተበራክቷል።

✨ ቅድመ_ምንባብ

✔️ ጨጓራ በሰውነታችን  የምግብ መንሸራሸሪያ መንገድ ውስጥ(alimentary tract) በዋናነት ምግብን በከሚካሎች በመታገዝ የሚፈጭ ውስጣዊ የሰውነት አካል ነው።
✔️ በተፈጥሮ ለምግብ መፍጫነት የሚያገለግል አደገኛ አሲድ በውስጡ ይዟል። ይህን አሲድ ከሌሎች የሰውነት ክፍሎች በተለየ መቋቋም የሚችልበት ተፈጥሮ ለጨጓራ ተችሮቷል።
✔️ አሲዱ እንዳይጎዳው ጨጓራ በራሱ ጠንከር ባለ ግድግዳ የተሰራ ነው።
✔️ አሲዱ ከልክ በላይ እንዳይሆን ፣ ሲበዛ ደሞ አሲዱን የሚያበርድበት ንጥረነገርና ይህንን መቆጣጠሪያ ስርዓት አለው።

✨ የጨጓራ_ህመም_ምንድነው?

🔘 የጨጓራ ህመም ማለት በጨጓራ መቆጣት ፣ ያለመፍጨት ችግር ፣ በጨጓራ ግድግዳ መላጥ(wall erosion ) አሊያም በጨጓራ መቁሰል ምክንያት ከእንብርት በላይ ባለው የሆድ ክፍል ላይ የሚፈጠር የህመም ስሜት ነው።

✨ህመሙም በዋናነት ሁለት አይነት ነው።

🔘ቁስል አልባ የጨጓራ ህመም(functional/non ulcer dyspepsia)- አብዛኛው ሰው ላይ የሚገኘው ህመም ይህ ነው።
🔘የጨጓራ  ቁስለት ህመም(peptic ulcer disease)- ይህ አንዳንድ ሰዎች ላይ የሚገኝ ነው። ከሰዎች ቸልተኝነትና ቁስል አልባው የጨጓራ ህመምን ካለመታከም የተነሳ አሁን ላይ የተለመደ እየሆነ መጥቷል። መሳሪያ በመጠቀም በባለሞያ ቁስለቱ ሲታይ ብቻ ነው ህመሙ ይህ ስያሜ የሚሰጠው።

🔘 ቁስለቱ በጨጓራ ውስጥ አሊያም በላይኛው የትንሹ አንጀት ክፍል ላይ ሊሆን ይችላል።

✨የህመሙ_መንስኤዎች

✔️ H.pylori የሚባል ባክቴሪያ ዋነኛው የህመሙ መነሻ ነው።

✔️ ከሰው ሰው የሚተላለፍ ባክቴርያ ሲሆን የጨጓራን የአሲድ ቁጥጥር ስርዓትን በማዛባት ለህመም ይዳርጋል።

✔️ ይህ ባክቴሪያ ከንፅህና ጉድለት ጋር ተያይዞ በታዳጊ ሀገሮች ላይ በብዛት ይገኛል። በዚህም የተነሳ አብዛኞቻችን ውስጥ ሊኖር ይችላል ። ነገር ግን ምንም የጨጓራ ህመም ታመን አናውቅ ይሆናል።
✔️ ስለዚህ ባክቴሪያው ያለበት ሁሉ ታማሚ ነው ማለት አይደለም።
✔️ ጭንቀት /ውጥረት /ብስጭት - ከፍተኛ የ አሲድ መመረት ስለሚኖር
✔️ አልኮል መጠጦች
✔️ ሲጋራ ማጨስ
✔️ለህመም ማስታገሻነትና ለፀረ-ብግነት የሚወሰዱ ክኒኖች( diclofenac, ibuprofen , aspirin ....)

✨ የህመሙ_ምልክቶች

🔘እንደየሰዉ የተለያየ ሲሆን አንዳንዶች ላይ ምንም አይነት ምልክት ላያሳይ ይችላል።
🔘ከእንብርት በላይ ባለው የሆድ ክፍል ላይ የህመም ስሜት (የመቧጠጥ ፣ የማቃጠል አይነት )
🔘  ቁስለቱ ጨጓራ ላይ ከሆነ ምግብ በመብላት ሲባባስ የትንሹ አንጀት ቁስለት ግን በምግብ እፎይታን ያገኛል።
🔘ማቅለሽለሽ፣ ማስመለስ
🔘የምግብ አለመፈጨት ምልክቶች፣
🔘የሆድ መነፉት፣
🔘የምግብ ፍላጎት መቀነስ፣
🔘የሰውነት መቀነስ፣
