ጥጋቡ ሀይሌ ይባላል። ከገጠራማ አከባቢ ነው የተነሳው ከዚያም መቀሌ ዩኒቨርሲቲን በመቀላቀል የህግ ትምህርትን አጥንቷል። በግቢውም ውስጥ የተለያዩ እንቅስቃሴዎችን ያደርግ ነበር።

ከግቢም ከወጣ በኋላ የNGO ድርጅት ውስጥ ተቀጥሮ በመስራት ጥሩ የሚባል ህይወት መኖር እንደጀመረ እንዲሁም እስከ አመራርነት ደረጃ ደርሶም እንዳገለገለ ይናገራል። ግን ህይወት ወዴት እንደምትመራ አይታወቅምና ምቾት ያለበትን ስራውን ትቶ ፈተና ወደበዛበት የግሉ ስራ አዘነበለ።
