Sorry, for the confusion: When the lower priced tickets are sold out, we manually have to add more tickets & change the price. This can take some time, depending on how quick the admin (me, Pascal), can go online. I was working at a festival in Czechia this last weekend, so for some hours when I couldn't be online, the tickets seemed to be sold out (it was just the lower priced ones, that were sold out – the regular priced tickets weren't added, yet; and I don't have automation for that, yet).

So ... now you know 😊
