🧚 AFRICAN DANCE WARM-UP: DAPHNE (19-19:50)

🪘Rhythm awakens the body, grounds us and connects us to the collective pulse. In this warm-up we will explore West African dance, guided movement and rhythmic play, with live drumming by Pascal, preparing body and mind for the Ecstatic Dance journey ahead. Together we open space for presence, connection, joy and flow.

Daphne is a dancer, teacher and facilitator devoted to the power of rhythm and embodied practice. Drawing from African dance, Primitive Expression, and symbolic movement, she creates grounded yet uplifting spaces where people can connect to themselves, to each other, and move freely. Her approach is intuitive, accessible and invitational.
