⚡️🕌 Кредиты без процентов и пени: сенаторы в Узбекистане одобрили закон о внедрении исламского банкинга
Банки смогут получать лицензии на работу по нормам исламского финансирования — без начисления процентов и с учётом религиозных принципов. При Центральном банке создадут Совет по исламским финансам.
📌 Что меняется:
• банк зарабатывает вместе с клиентом, разделяя прибыль, а не проценты;
• наценка по исламским продуктам освобождается от НДС;
• риски по проектам делятся между банком и заёмщиком;
• условия должны быть прозрачными — без скрытых комиссий и искусственных штрафов.
