Explanation:
Initially we were buying Chinese product (since it was cheaper =20 dollars)
Them after Custom Union this Chinese became 40 dollars. So we changed our partner to Korean 30 dollars (without tariff because of contract)

Shape B > deadweight loss (consumers could buy for 20, but because of CU they are buying for 30 now)
