Hello brother, whenever you drop or hook a trailer, please make sure to take clear photos of the trailer from all sides using a time-stamp camera application.
Why is this important?
In the past, some brokers have charged significant amounts by claiming that our drivers damaged their trailers. However, in many cases, the damage was not caused by our drivers. The photos you take at the time of dropping and hooking the trailer will serve as proof of the trailer’s condition. This helps us show brokers the exact condition in which we picked up and returned the trailer, allowing us to protect our drivers from unfair claims.
