— "Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister, Mr. Michael Bogdanov, the Presidential Envoy to Middle Eastern and African countries, met on November 10th with the Patriarch of the Syro-Jacobite church, Mar Ignatius Ephraim II, who is currently visiting the Russian capital.

According to a report from the Russian Foreign Ministry, the present state of affairs in the Middle East was discussed in the course of the conversation, with an emphasis on the complex peaceful settlement, including solutions to humanitarian issues and providing assistance to those in need."

I’m a Lebanese Christian with Palestinian Christian relatives and I don’t know what you’re talking about. If you’re saying Palestine got islamized first and foremost because of the arab conquests 1,400 years ago then yeah sure that’s true. But if we’re talking about modern times then the ethnic cleansing of Palestinian Christians is entirely because of Jewish settlers. They massacred and displaced Christian villages, drove out the Armenians and Syriac Christians who fled to Palestine seeking refuge from the ottoman genocides, desecrate churches and Christian holy sites and prevent Christians from emerging them, attempted to assassinate the Palestinian orthodox archbishop. There haven’t been any modern conflicts between the Muslims and Christians of Palestine, or Jordan. In lebanon and Syria there’s been but not palestine. Some of the most prominent Palestinian fighters against Israel have been orthodox Christians like George habash, and they’ve always fought side by side with Muslims

— "Last week, the Civil College of the Moldovan Supreme Court of Justice ordered the removal of a crucifix that was hung in the Ministry of Internal Affairs building in 2019.

The Council for the Prevention and Elimination of Discrimination and Equality in Moldova has been fighting for the removal of the Cross for nearly two years now, having branded the installation of the crucifix as discriminatory.

More than 95% of Moldovans identify as Orthodox Christians. The heads of Moldovan Churches of both the Russian and Romanian Churches were present at the installation of the crucifix, and both are speaking out against its removal."

🇫🇮 Christian mother and politician faces persecution in Finland for voicing her beliefs

— "Last week, the Christian Interfaith Advisory Committee, including the Russian Orthodox Church and various other Christian denominations, issued a statement in defense of Päivi Räsänen, a Finnish mother, Member of Parliament, and wife of a Finnish Lutheran pastor who is facing persecution for her deeply-held religious beliefs.

The censorship case against the politician is set to begin on January 24. Police investigations against Räsänen began in June 2019, when she questioned her church’s official sponsorship of the Pride 2019 LGBT event via a tweet with a quote from the book of Romans about the Christian teaching on homosexuality, reports ADF International."

You guys and gals know that I’ve been trying my best to be charitable towards Ancient Faith, never once commenting on them until they banned Abbot Tryphon and never once speaking about Fr. Andrew until I’d spoken with him directly so that I could discern which of the accusations were true and which were false. But their latest video, which is largely about strategies to “overcome vaccine hesitancy” combined with Fr. Stephen Ritter’s podcast gaslighting, name-calling, and pathologizing other Orthodox Christians who aren’t on board with their preferred agendas honestly cross the line for me. It’s gone beyond the point where I can charitably view their platform as simply misinformed; it is now engaged in outright complicity with what I consider one of the most vicious and evil global hoaxes that has ever been propagated in world history. They banned Abbot Tryphon for trying to warn Christians about Marxist persecution - which has killed more Christians than any other system, by far. Then they called (it appears) me and/or my friends online dangerous extremists, of course without ever mentioning our names so that we could defend ourselves or face our accusers openly. Now they simply accuse the “vaccine hesitant” of being “traumatized” and needing to be handled with kid gloves, promoting “strategies” for how to twist Orthodox teaching to convince us to take the deadly “vaccine” that - at least in Taiwan - has officially killed more people than the virus it supposedly protects you from. There is a spirit of evil at work in Ancient Faith and there is no way to deny it anymore. It’s hard to make this post given how much great content they’ve had in the past, but I suppose that’s why they call it “the past.” Lord have mercy on everyone involved, and on all of us.
