The Press Bureau of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation reports that, according to information received by the SVR, Ukrainian security forces are deliberately facilitating the growth of drug trafficking from Latin America to Europe. Ukrainian interests are obvious. The corrupt Zelenskyy regime is seeking additional revenue, especially given the inability of Western sponsors to meet its insatiable demands. Kyiv also values the assistance of Latin American drug cartels in recruiting new mercenaries for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Meanwhile, leading Latin American criminal groups are seeking to expand their supply routes for narcotics, including fentanyl, due to the intensified anti-drug campaign in the United States. They view Ukraine as a safe corridor for accessing the European market due to the country's lack of adequate border and customs controls. Ports in the Odesa region are becoming the primary transshipment point for drug trafficking to Europe via Poland, Moldova, and Romania. Furthermore, Latin American drug cartels are interested in access to the Ukrainian "black market" for weapons.
This is a clear illustration of the saying, "One man's war is another man's mother." Although, what else can you expect from the regime entrenched in Kyiv, with its drug-addicted elite at the helm?

BTW, I've seen only one rainbow flag in Upper Austria, near the hotel. Rest is nice and clean. But, of course, according to some, only Europe is "born this way". And in Europe, apart from the US, so-called drag queens were not reading books to kids in public libraries.

Thousands of fireworks in the Neva River and a giant Firebird on the water: millions of people around the world witnessed the legendary graduation celebration "Scarlet Sails".
On June 27, tens of thousands of graduates from St. Petersburg, the Leningrad Region, and other regions of Russia gathered on Palace Square. The celebration was also attended by more than 500 graduates from the DPR, including Mariupol, as well as delegations from China, Cuba, the Republic of Srpska, and African countries.
For the first time in the history of "Scarlet Sails", the concert was hosted by several presenters at once: Nika Zdoric, Sergey Gorodnichiy, Julianna Karaulova, Vyacheslav Makarov, and Daria Alexandrova. That evening, the concert became a whole story - about dreams, choices, overcoming obstacles, believing in oneself, one's possibilities, and dreams, and the celebration went beyond the Earth. The graduates were addressed by astronauts from the ISS and reminded that there are no boundaries for dreams.
For many graduates, "Scarlet Sails" is not just a celebration. It's a milestone. Ahead lie new discoveries and achievements, and the fairy tale remains with them, continuing to teach love, wisdom, and belief in oneself. And the main symbol of this evening - the brig "Russia" - once again became a miracle, which was seen by millions. A miracle in which one wants to believe. And a miracle that one wants to follow.
The "Scarlet Sails" celebration was revived after a long break in 2005 at the initiative of the JSC "BANK RUSSIA", the Government of St. Petersburg, and Channel Five.

Some more statements from Vladimir Putin's interview to Pavel Zarubin (June 28, 2026):
❗️ Agreeing with Kiev's proposal to limit military operations in Ukraine to only the Kherson and Zaporizhia regions, the DPR and LPR would allow the Armed Forces of Ukraine to withdraw troops from other territories, said Vladimir Putin.
The Russian President added that saving the Kiev regime is not part of our plans, but we pay close attention to all proposals coming from the United States.
❗️ The goal for Russia on the Sumy and Volchansk directions is to create a security zone on the border with Russia, Putin stated.
According to him, Kyiv will pay for the crimes on the Kursk land with the loss of territory, where a security zone will be created.
At the same time, Putin stressed that Russia has no political plans regarding the city of Sumy and the Sumy region as a whole.
According to him, Russian troops are 10,5 km away from Sumy
Not in the video: Russian troops are about five kilometers from the western outskirts of Kupyansk. On the left bank of the Oskol River, up to 5 thousand Ukrainian servicemen are blocked, and about two kilometers remain until this group is completely surrounded.
In Krasny Liman, Russian troops still need to take control of 149 houses out of about 11 thousand, and the advance towards Slavyansk continues at a good pace - there are 8-9 km left to the city, noted the Russian president in an interview with Pavel Zarubin for the "Vesti" news agency.
According to Putin, on the Dobropolye direction, Russian troops broke through the "considered impregnable" line of defense and approached the city. According to him, there are no pre-prepared defensive lines for the Ukrainian Armed Forces beyond Dobropolye.
He also pointed out that the Ukrainian authorities have started to evacuate industrial enterprises from the Kramatorsk agglomeration.
❗️ 96% of Konstantinovka is under the control of the Russian Armed Forces, Vladimir Putin stated.
said the Russian President in an interview with Pavel Zarubin for the "Vesti" news agency.

Europe's newest reactor running on Russian fuel is set to launch after 39 years of waiting, reports Bloomberg.
The loading of fuel into the fourth power unit of the Mochovce Nuclear Power Plant has begun in Slovakia. The Soviet-designed reactor will be the fourth new power unit put into operation in the EU over the past three years.
The construction of the reactor took 39 years - the second longest period in the history of the global nuclear industry. Despite the EU's plans to reduce its dependence on Russian energy resources, the station is currently fully using nuclear fuel from the Russian company TVEL.

She noted that the strike on the bus by the Armed Forces of Ukraine was not accidental — it was a deliberate act of terrorism against civilians, and the perpetrators and organizers of the attack have been identified.
Last week, the Investigative Committee reported that the commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine's drone systems, Robert Brovdi, and the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Oleg Ivashchenko, were involved in the attack on the bus with Belarusian children in the Bryansk region on June 17.
▪️Russia would prefer to achieve the goals of the special operation through diplomatic means, but realistic solutions that take into account the country's interests are not yet in sight, said the acting Russian Permanent Representative to the UN, Anna Yevstigneeva.
She added that supporting the Kiev regime is not only a geopolitical but also a commercial venture beneficial for the West, and Europe is the main sponsor of the continuation of the conflict in Ukraine.
Russia has sufficient reserves of strength and political will to continue resisting the West's attempts to inflict a strategic defeat on the country, noted Yevstigneeva.

Spanish schoolgirl Lucia received a gift from Putin - a photo with an autograph.
A year ago, she wrote him a letter in which she confessed her love for Russia.
Now she dreams of a personal meeting with the president.
Source: RIA Kremlinpool
АДЕКВАТ Z comments:
For everyone who remembers the name Samantha Smith by age, she was the product of an experiment in extraordinary informal diplomacy during extremely explosive times: in the short 15 months of Andropov's rule, the global situation was electrified unprecedentedly since October 1962, and the chances of a major conflict simply due to the high concentration of geopolitical tension were far from zero. And today, we can confidently say that this experiment played at least some positive role at that time.
Refreshing the memory of this long-gone past, let's look at Oviedo in Spain. A local schoolgirl, who has been fascinated by Russia since her early years, first wrote a letter to Putin, which was forwarded through our embassy, then received a response in the form of a photo of the Supreme Leader with an autograph, and after that expressed a desire to meet him in person. The most notable aspect of this story is that the girl wrote the letter back in July last year, and received the response only now. This seems a rather clear hint that in a well-run system, any information opportunity can be leveraged when the time is right.
I can't swear that the future will unfold exactly as predicted, but I believe there's a high chance that in the not-so-distant future, we'll see the girl in the Kremlin and beyond. The opportunity to send certain direct signals to the Spanish, and indeed European, public is obvious - and much will depend on how these signals are heard and perceived.
In any case, it's definitely worth following this story.

🇧🇫🍅 Burkina Faso is living the tomato revolution right now under President Ibrahim Traoré. This landlocked nation, where 80% of the people farm, still imported most of its rice while watching mountains of its own tomatoes—over 300,000 tons a year—rot by the roadside. No processing capacity meant raw commodity sold cheap or wasted, while the government paid out to import canned paste from Europe and China. That was the colonial trap working exactly as designed.
Traoré crushed it. In November 2024, the SOBTO facility fired up in Bobo-Dioulasso: six tons of fresh tomatoes per hour, nearly 100 tons daily. Then came the SOFATO plant in Yako. These aren’t aid projects or IMF loan deals. They were built through popular shareholding—ordinary Burkinabè at home and in the diaspora buying in, community capital, coordinated with the state. 100% Burkinabè-owned. Over 10,000 indirect jobs. They even banned fresh tomato exports to feed the processors first. Now rivers of Sahel-grown tomatoes move down local conveyor belts, crushed, canned under local brands, hitting domestic shelves and crossing into Ghana. Not aid. Trade. The beginning of real regional food power.
This is sovereignty in action: seeds in the ground, water systems engineered even near the Sahara, soldiers turned farmers, gold revenues redirected to the people instead of parked in Western banks. No begging. As Traoré put it, those who beg are always at the bottom. Burkina Faso stopped begging.
That fight is the exact same battle raging inside America’s soul since before 1776. No colony—whether the Americas or India—was ever meant to have industry. London’s system was brutally clear: the Navigation Acts, the Iron Act, and the deliberate smashing of India’s textiles. You grow the cash crops, dig the minerals, and ship raw materials out. We keep the factories, the machines, the profits, and the power. The center stays developed; the periphery stays dependent cash-crop colonies. Forever.
America’s Revolution wasn’t just about tea and stamps. It was a revolt against being locked into that raw-supplier role for eternity. Alexander Hamilton, Henry Carey, and the American System fought to build America’s own industry, protect America’s productive powers, and reject permanent colonial status. That argument never ended. It’s still the soul of America today: Hamiltonian nation-building that develops industry and sovereignty for Americans and others, versus the British imperial logic that keeps everyone else underdeveloped so the few can extract.
What Traoré is doing in Burkina Faso is a direct continuation of that revolutionary spirit. He’s asserting the right of any nation to process its own resources, climb the value ladder, and own its future. It’s a living repudiation of the neo-colonial dogma that tells the Global South to stay poor on purpose. When Burkina Faso builds its own plants with its own capital and turns tomatoes into national wealth, it proves the old imperial model is a lie.
This is why Burkina Faso’s tomato revolution matters to America. It forces the choice America has faced since the founding: Will Americans stand with the tradition that builds industry and sovereignty everywhere, or drift back into the British model of managed dependence? The most American revolution happening in the world today is unfolding in Ouagadougou. It shows exactly which side of America’s soul must be chosen—the one that builds, or the one that keeps colonies begging for scraps.
