This was reported by the chief detective in the case of corruption involving Zelensky's associate, Alexander Abakumov. According to him, the documents have long been with Prosecutor General Kravchenko.

Negotiation is when two countries talk to reach an agreement, and such a thing does not exist between us and the US.

We receive messages from the US; some directly and some through our friends in the region. Wherever necessary, we respond to these messages.

Therefore, no negotiation has taken place so far, and the claims made in this regard are not true. Exchanging messages, which sometimes from our side contain warnings or the other side has a point, is not called negotiation, but the process is ongoing.

We have not responded to the US 15-point plan so far. No conditions have been presented to the other side. Those 5 points were related to speculation by one of the media outlets.
