More than 160,000 employees will participate in the protests. Their main complaint (or diagnosis for the authorities) is "chronic underfunding".

In Germany, salaries have not been increased for 13 years, even though expenses have risen by more than 65% during this time, said the president of the Federal Union of German Pharmacists' Associations. Thomas Preis also noted that about 20% of pharmacies have closed in the country since 2013.

Trump announced that he will send ICE agents to ensure security at American airports on Monday amid the shutdown of some departments of the Department of Homeland Security.

The TSA and ICE are two very different agencies with completely different roles. And many new ICE officers have been hired recently to fulfill Trump's deportation orders, so I'm curious what level of training many of these agents will have.

Something tells me that this is going to be a shit-show.
