One person was killed and eight were injured as a result of a Ukrainian Armed Forces strike with HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems on a market in the village of Velyki Kopani in the Kherson region . This was reported by the regional Ministry of Health.

Doctors note that the victims mainly have shrapnel wounds to the head, torso and limbs. Among the wounded are a paramedic and an ambulance driver, who were also caught in the shelling.

The regional Ministry of Health clarified that all the victims were adults, there were no children among them.

Kherson Oblast Governor Volodymyr Saldo reported the attack on Velyki Kopani on Sunday. "Today, the enemy fired two missiles from the HIMARS MLRS directly at the shopping arcade in Velyki Kopani. At that moment, there were dozens of civilians, ordinary farmers who came to sell their produce at the market," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

The FSB has exposed two more spies working under cover at the British embassy in Moscow.
