በ2018 የትምህርት ዘመን አገልግሎት ክፍያ ላይ ከተማሪ ወላጅና አሳዳጊዎች ጋር ካልተስማሙ መንግስታዊ ካልሆኑ የትምህርት ተቋማት ጋር ውይይት ተካሄደ

የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ካቢኔ በቅርቡ ባጸደቀው የግል ትምህርት አገልግሎት ክፍያ አሰራር ስርአት ደንብ ቁጥር 194/2017 መሰረት በ2018 የትምህርት ዘመን አገልግሎት ክፍያ ላይ ከተማሪ ወላጅና አሳዳጊዎች ጋር ካልተስማሙ መንግስታዊ ካልሆኑ የትምህርት ተቋማት ጋር ውይይት ተካሄደ።

በመርሀ ግብሩ የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ትምህርት ቢሮ ኃላፊ ዶክተር ዘላለም ሙላቱ ፣ የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር የትምህርትና ስልጠና ቁጥጥር ባለስልጣን ዋና ስራ አስኪያጅ  አቶ ኢዘዲን ሙስባህን ፣ የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር የትምህርትና ስልጠና ቁጥጥር ባለስልጣን ምክትል ስራ አስኪያጅ  ወ/ሮ ታገይቱ አባቡ ፣ የግል ትምህርት ቤቶች አሰሪዎች ማህበር ጨምሮ በየደረጃው የሚገኙ የትምህርትና ስልጠና ቁጥጥር ባለስልጣን አመራሮች ፣ እንዲሁም የግል ትምህርት ቤት ባለቤቶች እና የተማሪ ወላጅ ኮሚቴ ተወካዮች የተሳተፉ ሲሆን በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር የትምህርትና ስልጠና ቁጥጥር ባለስልጣን ምክትል ስራ አስኪያጅ  ወ/ሮ ታገይቱ አባቡ እና የባለስልጣኑ የዕውቅና ፍቃድ እድሳት ዳይሬክቶሬት ዳይሬክተር አቶ ያሬድ ካሳ በ2018 የትምህርት ዘመን በትምህርት ቤት አገልግሎት ክፍያ ላይ በልዩነት በተጠናቀቀባቸው ትምህርት ቤቶች ላይ የትምህርትና ስልጠና ጥራት ቁጥጥር ባለስልጣን የተላለፈዉን ውሳኔን አቅርበው ውይይት ተካሂዷል።

የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ትምህርት ቢሮ ኃላፊ ዶክተር ዘላለም ሙላቱ በመርሀግብሩ መክፈቻ ባስተላለፉት መልዕክት በደንቡ መሰረት 80 ፐርሰንት ያህል ትምህርት ቤቶች ከወላጆችና አሳዳጊዎች ጋር በመስማማት የአገልግሎት ክፍያ መጨመራቸው የሚበረታታ ተግባር መሆኑን ገልፀው መስማማት ላይ ያልደረሱ ትምህርት ቤቶች ደንቡ በሚያስቀምጠው መሰረት ባለስልጣን መስራቤቱ ውሳኔ ያሳረፈ በመሆኑ በዚህ ጉዳይ ላይ የጋራ አስተሳሰብ ለመያዝ እንዲቻል ውይይቱ መካሄድን ገልፀዋል።

ሀላፊው አክለውም ውይይቱ ለትውልድ ግንባታና ለሀገር መለወጥ የሚያግዝ መሆኑን ጠቅሰው ደንቡ በግል ትምህርት ተቋማትና በተማሪ ወላጆች መካከል ያለውን ግንኙነት በማጠናከር የመማር ማስተማር ስራውን ውጤታማ ለማድረግ ያግዛል ብለዋል።

የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር የትምህርትና ስልጠና ቁጥጥር ባለስልጣን ዋና ዳይሬክተር አቶ ኢዘዲን ሙስባህ በበኩላቸው በደንቡ ላይ በመግባባት ወደ ስራ መገባቱን ጠቅሰው  በዚህም መሰረት በርካታ ትምህርት ቤቶች ከወላጆች ጋር በመስማማት መጨመራቸውን ጠቅሰው መመራያውን መሰረት በማድረግ ባለስልጣኑ በተቀሩትና መስማማት ባልቻሉት ላይ  ውሳኔ መሰጠቱን ተናግረዋል።

አክለውም የዜጎችን የመማር መብት በማረጋገጥ የወላጆችን የመክፈል አቅም እና የትምህርት ተቋማቱን የግብአት አቅርቦት ታሳቢ አድርጎ ተግባራዊ የሆነ ውሳኔ መሆኑን  ተናግረዋል።

የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ባሉት ለ2018 ትምህርት ዘመን የ7ኛ እና የ9ኛ ክፍል ተማሪዎችን በእቴጌ መነን የሴት እና በገላን የወንድ ተማሪዎች አዳሪ ትምህርት ቤቶች እንዲሁም የ9ኛ ክፍል ተማሪዎችን በኮተቤ ሳይንስ ሼርድ ካምፓስ ተቀብሎ ለማስተማር ይፈልጋል።

በትምህርት ቤቶቹ ለመማር ፍላጎት ያላችሁና በ2017 የትምህርት ዘመን በ6ኛ እና 8ኛ ከፍል ከተማ አቀፍ ፈተናዎች አማካኝ (Average) 80 እና ከዚያ በላይ ውጤት ያስመዘገባችሁ ተማሪዎች ከሐምሌ 14-18/2017 ዓ.ም ድረስ ብቻ በኦንላይን http://bs.ministry.et ላይ መመዝገብ የምትችሉ መሆኑ ተገልጿል።

የመግቢያ ፈተና ለ9ኛ ክፍል አመልካቾች ሐምሌ 23/2017 ዓ.ም እና ለ7ኛ ክፍል አመልካቾች ሐምሌ 24/2017 ዓ.ም ይሰጣል።
