I was directed by an admin in general group to contact support group because of issue am facing

I want to explain my problem in details because is the only way that you can understand it.
I have 35331 EAN and 242.5 Egon in my wallet before the last week of February
My 35331 EAN was staked in my cryptokara while the 242.5 Egon wasn't staked
When announcement came from eagle team for user to unstake their EAN and Egon, I tried to unstake my 35331 EAN but I couldn't after several failed unstake attempts, I reported my issue to the main telegram channel. I was told by one the admin to calm down as developers are working on it.
Since then, I maintained my cool on the issue and wait patiently for the next instructions.
After several days of waiting, an announcement came from the team that those that are unable to unstake should relax as developers will automatically credit their bonuses.
When the last announcement came that the bonuses has been credited, I went to my cryptokara to check but I found out that I received only 243 Egon which is the 100% Egon bonus for the 242.5 Egon I have before the last week of February.
I did not receive any Egon for the 35331 EAN I was unable to unstake.
Out of curiosity I tried to unstake the 35331 EAN and it came through but what I got back in my cryptokara wallet is 31971 EAN and 20 Egon as my staked reward.
Now I could not use the EAN and I did not receive any Egon consolidation bonus for it.
I wish you will look into this matter with urgency and treat it with fairness.
My trust, faith and believe in eagle network will be rekindled if this situation is treated with fairness.

Miner 1
He is not a serious Miner. Maybe he does not fully believe the potential or understand that new crypto projects undergo baby steps before maturity. His excuse is Eagle does not worth $10 from day 1. So after a year of joining he only has 225 Eagle since he was never serious.
Miner 2
He has never missed a day to activate mining Eagle since joining Eagle Network. He invited tens of people to join as well. One of his invites - "Miner Z" with 2m+ Eagle mined did it with 5k teammates. Because miner 2 is active along with his teammates he how has 355k Eagle. His Eagle is this much because he invited Miner Z who mined at a higher rate with his team as well.
Miner 3
He is a top believer of Eagle Network, invited friends and family and bought more. He promotes Eagle Network everywhere and wants to be part of the next users into crypto opportunities. He has learnt a lot about crypto and blockchain since joining. He now has 8.5m Eagle.

Right now "Miner 1" is asking why I have mined only 225 Eagle?
